RECEIVE A LOT OF PHONE CALLS FROM THIS NUMBER, THEN I LOOKED UP THE NUMBER ONLINE AND I SEE IT WAS TELEMARKETING. THEY DO NOT ANSWER WHEN U SAY HELLO.

They are soliciting for solar panels or something similar. They have our name and address from public records and they pretend the city gave them our number because we are "eligible" to buy crap from them. I am so sick of the constant ring-ring-ring all day, every day, from scammers.
