i received a call staing that i was going to go to jail within 48 hrs for 6 years for a cas advance that i never took out.  i asked to see the documentation and they said they do not have to provide me or tell me anything just that they will see me in jail in 2 days.  they were very rude

I just Google the law firm and they are real but however the number 714-876-1788 is not part of the law firm and therefore people who are receiving phone calls from this number should ignore the call. I did apply for the loan but did not received any money or any notification in the mail and I still live that same address for last 8 to 9 years. Once again thank god for Google and internet research. They need a wake up and know that people can find things from the internet.

I know I just received a call from them today saying that I was going to jail at the end of the day. They are also saying that I didn't repay the loan but how i can replay the loan when I never received the loan in first place

I know for a fact that we never took out a payday loan. good try Alex Cooper. I just hope others are smart to look up there number before giving them any account information. It might help there case if they speak ENGLISH LOL.

This number has called me several times not only this # but from other # as well they said that I took a payday loan out in 2010, and I have not every did that, They do not give you no info and they like to say that you are going to jail etc, They need to be stopped before some one gives them info and they dran that person dry.

i also received a call from this number.but they help me paying my debt back and ressolving the issues..they are a genuine guy working for a law firm..they are aggressive but when i go throught my bank statement .. i find it out that my wife took a loan and she never paid back ..and we don't get any kind of hard copy because of we went to a new home and the address is change..attorney name Mr Richard help me to ressolving the issues.i really appreciate their help.

That number called me and told me that their Oakview law firm. So they are a straight scam dont listen to what they have to say or give them money.

Am receiving calls from this number, but the caller ID is showing a number for Wagner Equipment. They are using a number on caller ID that does not belong to them and I need to figure out exactly who they are to get them to cease
