It was a collection agency.

Parker Elliott is a scam operation. I retained them to collect $3,600 in debt from one of my previous customers. They collected $2,000 and never sent me a check. I called their office and the number has been disconnected. E-mail address no longer exists either.

I got a phone call from some lady today saying there going to send me a  comfermation to  my email about a "phone interview" s i agreed to it and now im reading all there bad things about the company! but it if telemarking i really wouldnt care as long as they pay good

Got a call from (714)-881-1287 regarding an account executive opening, checked out BBB webpage. They got "F". Stay away from this scam company.

noone named juan works here... 1st of all ...well answer your questions when you ask about pay we offer hourly salary as well as bonuses every month.. yes to get into details you will need to attend the webinar..but isnt that what an interview is for, if everything was done over the phone without meeting and feeling a person out..then you would all have jobs. while you are sitting on 800notes im driving a benz to the beach every weekend. how funny is that!

Phone call from 714-881-1287 some guy named Juan said he saw my profile on monster.com. Later i got an email from the company inviting me to a web seminar to receive information about a job opening.

"juan" wouldn't give me any info over the phone about the position i didnt apply for in the first place. This company is a sham. BE Smart, ask questions about any company that calls you out of the blue about a job.

if they cant or wont answer any questions about the position they have for you and/or want you to jump through hoops just to get info HANG UP!!

I received a call at 10:00 am from Steve Corral himself at first i did not pick up but when i called him back it was there answering machine. Aftecouple minutes Steve Corral call me back again and he wants me to have an interview with them. The position that he was saying is Account Executive Sale but when i ask if i can set an interview after 4:00 he said no because he said they get off at 4:00pm and nobody will be there. I have an interview on Monday but now im having second thought, should i go or not? its good i check this company and this what I found. The number that showed up on mine is 714-881-1287

I received a call from a guy names Steven Corral and he said he was with Parker Eliot and that he got my name from my resume on Monster. However, he gave a direct number of 714 855-1653 so perhaps they have various numbers.
Anyway, after reading all of this, I am not interested.

I have yet seen any one address one interesting point.  Maybe they are looking for YOU!   Do you have any outstanding debts, or are you in collection with another company?  It seems to me a great way to find someone who has skipped out on a debt.  I bet it is a collection company not interested in finding you a job, just to find you period.

How did the interview go with this company?  I am supposed to have one on 6/8/09  at 2pm..  I looked them up on BBB and they have an F rating and I am very hesitant to waste my time...  Can you give me some feedback?  How was your interview Bloodrose?

Parker Elliott is nothing but trouble. I have discovered the address they have on their web site is just a mail drop (1000 N.Bristol Ste 17 and the POBox is 177) and the phone numbers are not in the city of Newport Beach, much less North Orange County. Attempts to get them to pay us the money they collected were in vain. And Yes I got the copies of the canceled checks from the person the got them from) You can never reach an employee directly, and when they return your calls they are surley and threatening. I have filed a claim in small claims court and a complaint with the BBB.

i got a call on my cell from parker elliot a day after i posted my resume on monster the man was very polite explained everything to me answered all my questions my ex used to work for this company and liked i figure its worth a try and as long as it pays more than im being paid now im willing to do ya so its a collection agency but they dont do anything against individuals i have my interveiw tomorrow at 10 ill give more feedback after that

I too received a phone call from an Elizabeth at Parker Elliot who left a message on my cell phone talking about how she receieved my resume and was very impressed. Crazy thing is the very next day my husband received a call and a message on his cell with the exact same message...no difference at all. A little fishy!

THIS IS A WARNING!!! I received a call from Elizabeth Martinez, Jr. recruiter for Parker Elliott for a job interview. I thought this was a legitimate company, went in for an interview and got hired. It's a telemarketing job for a collection agency. I wasn't there more than 2 weeks and the pay check I received came back returned. DO NOT EVEN WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS COMPANY.

i got a call from parker elliott also. elizabeth immediately wanted me to come in for an intwerview. not knowing anything was weird about that, i made an appointment to interview. have any of you gone through with an interview? im wondering if i should call back and cancel

Reatha~ I got that you were a collection agency last week when an employee called here. I explained that I was not intereseted, wished her a nice weekend and disconnected the call. Get another from an obnoxious employee of your companies today... when I again informed her that I was not interested, she deemed it appropriate to inform me that "she will have to go over my head because I don't know what I'm talking about."
Great caliber of people that this compay employes. Just the kind I want to help me with problem accounts.

i see an employee says that parker elliot is a collection agency not based in o.c, then why did they call me, an o.c resident, for a job, after finding my resume online? becuase they need people to telemarket for them that bad, i heard in the lady's voice who called me that she was reading a phone script trying to get me into an intereveiw, i've had anough jobs like that to know when someone is trying to sell me a job,  if the person offereing you the job wants to get you into an interveiw that bad, it means they're that bad of a company, and they have a rotating door with employees, if it sounds to good to be true, it is. So they are definatly trying to get telemarketers in the o.c, and anyone who says different is stupid, or trying to squash these complaints so it doesnt mess up other cattle getting hired for the telemarket slaughter.
