This place is a big joke.It's funny how they change their numbers left and right but they are all answered by the same bunch of simpletons.Who oddly enough fail to change their names as often as their number.I have talked to several people who claim to be an attorney, a Mr Rosen and Mr Anderson both are the same guy.He reosrts to insults adn name calling whn challenged with simple questions about my supposed law suit.This funny scheme has entertained me for 6 months.But now that i have several different numbers and names and variations of the threats recorded i have hired an attorney and he says a law suit should take care of my outstanding credit card debt.This delights me.

that is weird i was told finally that it was for a bank of delware for a master card that i supposly had. I was never served. I went onto the credit check website to get annul reports and i dont even have anything in collections and such so i do beleive that this company is just a scam . i got another call later in the week and it was some lady telling me to call the number again saying that i needed to schedule a apointment to be served so i made an apointment to have a server come to my house and no one ever showed up . so scam of some kind is what i am taking it as . thank you for the info i am glad to know that i am not the only one. my advice is to just let it go and not take action cause nothing ever happens. the gary stevens office that i called and they said that they are a company in southern cali. once again repersenting bank of dellware i called bank of delware and they do not have any info regarding me or the case number on the mattter . weird.

We also got a call form this person and phone #, they also had a guy call and say they were a process server and we needed to show up to court within 2 hrs or cal Gary Stevens and they will not file the papers in court and we can discuss it with Gary.  We called the # and they don't even tell you who they are or what is the name of the company he says he is a lawyer and is filing a court case against us and gave us a case # so I asked what court this was in so I can find out the court date so we can go because if we owe money then we need to go to court so we can plead our case and they wouldn't give us that info.  He said well just give me $600.00 towards your deliquent debt and I will not take it to court. I said don't have it and they kept bugging as to say well borrow it from someone or something. I was like I don't think so just send me the papers so I can show up to court because we don't have that kind of money and would like to present our case to the judge.  He became very irritated and that was the end of that.  A couple of months later we got a phone call telling us the same type of crap but a different # 714-887-3393 Daniel Holley, and suppose to be a process server Ron Collins, I didn't know they called you to tell you they are coming to serve papers on you. The process server? said oh well call the number and speak to them.  I beleive they are harrasing people and giving them false information to scare them into paying an old debt and something needs to be done because I beleive they are not following the rules and regulations of collectiing and debt and contacting the debtor.

I got a message about going to court, however I know if you are going to court you must be legally notified of a court date. I don't know any of the details of this call because none were given. Somebody named Gary Stevens which I believe is some generic call out name made the call.
