Same as the above ... recorded message that sounds like it's actually a person, "Edward Burns" saying that he was sorry he missed me and that he had my file and could help me. He doesn't say what company he's with.  Obviously a scam.
Caller ID shows "Unknown Caller" from 360-722-5910 but he wanted me to call 714-882-5075.
Why does the FCC not shut this down?

I've received this Edward Burns call about half a dozen times in the last couple months.  Very shady.  Left call back number as 7148825075

We are in the middle of moving and loosing our home. Then I get the call"Hi, this is Edward Burns from the loan work-out department, and we have come up with a solution to your problem"
How sad that some idiot is doing this to people, not even funny. My hopes soared for a moment,
then I read all of this...oh well...what goes around comes around I guess...

Seriously what does it take to take these guys out? The only good news is that the voicemail has finally changed its name from Eugene Goldman to Edward Burns. He has a third name but I can't remember it. I have reported them to the Do Not Call guys about six times and I have talked to the California consumer protection people. Equally nothing. So I called the cell number for Jack (from above: "Jack Michael Schneider is the Swindler who is trying to steal from you. Call his cell 719-221-4665 and let him know how you feel.....") Left him a message at 11:09 PM. Think I'll call him a couple of times tomorrow just to be sure he gets the message.

Same case. I knew this was a scam, and called back to tell them to take me off. The person who identified herself as "Mrs Burns", no doubt a fake  was extremely rude.

Seems that Mr. Burns also called my office and wanted to talk about my 'property'.  I will be giving this number a call tomorrow... should be a good time since I don't own any property and I am provided housing through my employer.  Oh yeah.. almost forgot.  He was sorry to have missed me. It is nice to be missed.

I received a call, did not recognize the number, so let it go to voice mail. 360-722-5910 was what showed on ID and this guy said he was in the loan work out department --with no company name given-- and was calling about my "property". He then proceeded to give this 714-882-5075 as the number to call him back. Oh, and he said his name was Edward Burns. Chase ALWAYS identifies themselves so this was not Chase but some sort of SCAMMER!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Please persue this investigation as I understand from looking this up online this is a very much repeat offender!!!!!!!!!!!! This same number has called over and over again over the last month or so at varying times of day or evening but usually they do not leave a message. Please have them cease and desist!!! Thank you.

got a call on my work phone what an a**.

I just got a call from this phone number.

Have received a call from this before.  Returned the call and told them to take off list as my home is not in any kind of jeopardy.  The person who answered was rude, very abrupt and barked at me as though I was a complete idiot.  When I asked what the company was, I was barked at again and hung up on.
Received a call again the other day...home is still in no way in jeopardy...ignoring it this time.  
If your home IS in jeopardy, please do not subject yourself to this guy's antics.

I recieved a call and returned a call was cursed as an "a***ole" and complete "f****ng idiot" by this complete stranger. I am seeking resolution for his total assault on my character, which he has no knowledge of. I hope the best, but prepare for the worst.

Another call from Edward Burns just like the one reported above including the reported call # being diffrent from the # he was calling from.

Yes, I just received the same call from him stating the same message and leaving the 714 #  But yes the caller ID had a 360# on it...
Must be a scam - no one at a bank ever calls you looking to help you!

Supposedly "Edward Burns" saying that he was sorry he missed me and that he had my file and was attempting to lower my mortgage. He doesn't say who he's with so it's obviously a scam.
Funny that my caller ID shows a number of 360-722-5910 but he wanted to call this number back.
DO NOT FALL FOR IT! I reported him to the do not call list.
