Got unsolicited text message about how to reduce credit card debt.

I also got this junk text and called the number back.  A guy answered hello and I verified I was calling the correct number.  I told him I had gotten a junk text from his phone number and he seemed surprised.  The web site was cuturdebt.com.  He said he had A T & T as a carrier and I told him he had better call them and find out why he was sending junk texts from his number.
