I received a tect message from that phone number with something about if you are over $10,000 in debt, just reply yes and a representative will contact you.

I filed a complain with the FCC, mine is a cellular phone, and I have it registered in the no call register

please, instead to post so many messages, file complaints with the FCC, if they bother you, attack them back, file complaints, complaints and more complaints and if someone has the means, try to get where they are located, and publish the address, so we can iniciate private law suits, and if there are enough, maybe a class action, always you will find lawyers ready to work with you
attack them back, don't let nobody invade your privacy

Received a text message asking if I was $10,000 or more in debt.

I'm also getting the same text message from other numbers. Does anyone know how to make it stop?

I have received multiple spam text messages from this number regarding their debt settlement program.  All times of the day and night.

Got a the same text at 4 am, called it back and it's in Spanish. They say to call another number.

wants to help me with credit card debt. I reported it to the FCC. Don't know if they can do anything about it, but seemed like it was worth a shot

Text message about credit card debt saying to reply yes to be contacted with info. When called back, the rang four times then went to a message in spanish saying that the number wasn't accepting messages and to try again later.
