They keep interupting my household for no reason - Shame on them and I hope they get what's coming to them - JAIL!!!

This Number just called me, told me it was for a MR. Wallace(hint what is my last name?) they say they are a collection agency but I think it is something else! They will stop calling me, or i am contacting the Attorney General for the State Of Indiana!!!

They are scammers.

Received a call from 714-923-4900 after explaining they were looking for a company that went out of business several years ago the man got very rude.  He then called back again which I did not pick up.  So he called from 492-122-5788 several times again being very rude. He said he could do it all day.  Very sad this is the state of the world today.

Just received a call from that number asking for 2 people who do not live here & never have.  I looked online to see what kind of company it was, as I am a "Do not call list", but anytime you use a 800 number, you can be contacted by solicitors.  I'm so glad to find this site with all your warnings.

I got a call that showed up on caller ID from this number but it showed as a company named:
VOLTINFOSCIENCE.  Thanks to all these comments on here, I will be sure NOT to answer their calls if I'm home when they call.....The area code 714 is in Orange County, CA.

calls from 714-923-4900 from caller ID or an 8XX number , same Shawn Kelley...nasty..acusatory..looking for someone else, to collect for MONSTER.COM..

just got 3 calls from this number within an hour this morning.  none of them rang long enough for me to even answer.  one was only a half ring. a**holes!

They just called again 5:54pm I am on the do not call list how do I block their call from my cell phone? I'm not confrontational so I won't answer and tell them to stop I get all nervous and start to cry when someone is mean-lol!

they have been calling every other day for a few months today they called @ 5:07, 5:22, and 5:38 all in one afternoon. THey don't leave a message or anything! very annoying!

Called my personal cell phone looking for someone I know. This is probably the 3rd or 4th time they called. I answered and they would not state their name and were extreamly RUDE! I didn't cooperate with them and after a few exchange of foul words they hung up on me.

It sounda like you have spoken to "Sean Kelly" or that is what he calls himself. He call and if the person or people he wants to speak to is not available he attacks the person that is on the phone. Mr Kelly will also try to EXTORT money from hourly the hourly person on the phone and even threaten to have the hourly employee arrested.

Repeatedly called my cell phone but not leaving a voicemail. Glad I checked here 1st to find out about these scumbags.

This number called my business.  The caller ID display Volt Info Science.  I thought it was an ink company.  Very snotty people.

They called for A/P while I was out caller ID showed VOLT INFO SCIENCE.  I called them back and the recording said it was FIDELITY NATIONAL CREDIT SERVICES and they were a debt collection agency.  Interesting, so I waited on the line and when this lady came I gave her my company name and told her I was in A/P and asked what bill they were trying to collect. She asked me for my name and I told her I wanted to know what company they collecting for.  She said AT&T which we no longer use.  I asked her for the account number and she gave it to me and asked me for my name.  I gave her my first name and then she said maybe she had 2 companies with the same name and wanted to verify my address I told her since she called me she needed to give me the address she had, it was for a company in IL, told her it wasn't us and she said she would take us off of their call list.

"Mr. Kelly" left a voice message asking for a call back "in reference to the invoicing in my office".  Our business has never had any debt in its entire history.  This, in addition to the fact that others have received calls from this number and no details such as company name are ever mentioned, convinces me that this must be some kind of scam.

Called, didn't answer, no message left. After reading this, I'm going to look into either blocking them or answering next time and explain that I am reporting them to the authorities.

I currently do not have ANY debts, nor have I ever had any. So if they're calling me about debt, it's definitely a lie.

National Fidelity Credit Services.  Got a call asking for an old business partner.

They attempt to strong arm people into paying off invalid debts.

Scam, and they illegally harass people.

This is one of those companies that buys old debts that are uncollectible debts from other companies for pennies on the dollar hoping they can get people to own up to these old debts and see how much they can collect on them.  They call themselves National Fidelity Credit Services.  I'm sure if I spent a few minutes I could come up with something more appropriate for what NFCS might stand for.

Many years ago I ended up with t a debt due to a misunderstanding of what I ordered vs what the company thought I ordered.  I worked out a payment arrangement.  Once they collected about 50% of the debt, they wrote off the balance.  Somehow these scumbags got hold of this unpaid amount years later and tried to get me to admit I owed the balance.  In situations like this you need to make sure if you are aware that you had  an old debt that has been excused, DO NOT EVER admit to these clowns any knowledge of it.

Additionally, when they called me the caller ID showed the ID of a reputable company, Volt Information Sciences.  How does that happen?  Anyway, if they call, don't answer.  If you have a phone or service that can block this number, be pro-active and just block it now.  Scamming scumbags!!

I received a call on my cell from this phone number. How did they get my cell number anyway?  I didn't answer (didn't recognize the number) no message was left.  I will definately answer if they call again to get info regarding who they are so I can report them.

got a call from a "fidelity national credit services" saying, "this is NOT a sales call this is a call to collect a debt." that was the voice mail, i do have some debt but i don't think this is the same thing i think its a scam!

Person has called numerous times only leaving a message the last time identifying themself as a collection agency.

They called my brother for some reason for me, so i checked the number, and glad i did. annoyed that stuff like this happens, but glad there are sites like this to help us find out.

repeated calls for at least 2 months.... hounding.... never chose to answer... glad i didn't... i have been a victim of ID theft... I wonder if there is an ongoing scam from one thief to another... do they focus on one area code and then move on to others? anyone else from south carolina getting these calls?
