They called and said they need me to call them back. I am on the Do not call list to and they called my Cell Phone and Home Phone both i thought they couldnt do this

These b*****ds have been calling me for the last 2 days, yesterday was the first, message sounded  mechanical.
Today,  they called once, no message, called again, left a threatening message stating they had "tried repeatedly to reach me by both phone and mail"  (total BS!)  

First message identified themselves as Premium Asset Services, that I (they didn't mention my name) need to get in touch with them about something important.

Second message (third call) was more threatening, DID mention my name, said he was going to "sign off on this account for further action" or some stuff like that, because I was ignoring their attempts to contact me.  (No S**T!)  They also called my employer, my supervisor is a good friend, told them I wasn't there (I was.)  I told him what I suspected, and if it was anyone I wanted to talk to, they had my cell number.  He said no problem, anyone calling for me at work will be told I'm unavailable.

I calledPAS back, told them I had just gotten this phone number 6 months ago, and kindly take my name off their list.  They asked who was calling and I told them "Nunya.  Nunya Damnbusiness!"  LOL!  Now, let them ponder on that for a while.

I keep receiving phone calls from this number trying to intimidate me into paying for a "credit card" bill that I did not even have 11 years ago and they insist that I made a payment on this in 2011 thus negating the "4 year law" on credit cards in Texas.  I have been hanging up on them, but what can I do to get them to stop calling me.  Now they are calling my husbands cell phone.  He is sick and they wake him up!  Isn't there a law that can be put into use here???

Called the 714-975-7610 out of curiosity.  

Says he's in California but has a vaguely middle eastern accent.  Makes me wonder, are the Indian scammers moving to the US to work their scams?   Messed with him a while and he hung up.

I received 2 voice messages on my cell phone: both where from "Adam" and he left very threatening messages that since "I refused to talk to his representative he was being forced to take legal action against me".  I did not call him back as I don't even have a traffic ticket on my record.  I was very skeptical & waited to check this website to find out what I suspected: it's all a scam.

Not sure if this is a scam or just a debt collector with consistently wrong information. I got a call, and they asked for the correct last name, but when they asked for the first name I know no one by that name. After telling them I didn't know anyone by that name they ended the call telling me that they'll tell the attorneys that they were given false information. It may have been an attempt to intimidate me, but since I know no one by that name it didn't phase me at all. Then again, it may have been that someone gave my phone number as fraudulent contact info, but I find that hard to believe because that is the same consistent problem being reported on this.

Don't forget to LOOK for the # before you answer the phone. If you DON 't know the # ...Google it to find out WHO it is first! They get paid if you call them back and let's them know that your #  is active and will give them access to other information, especially if you fall for the "giving them your Social Security # scam...for ANY reason....good luck and KEEP your EYES ...OPEN.     Hope this helps somebody out there....           Sinc.   "Red Bird"

Called me this morning and told me that they have very important information...for who?  me or someone else?  They never mentioned me by name.  I am on the do not call list for home and cell numbers.  They need to stop calling.

I received a call from this number on my cell phone- I called it back from my office number and some little jerk acted like a douche and hung up on me when I asked how they got my cell phone number-

714-975-7610 called this morning. Caller ID was "unknown". Left a voice message which neither identified the caller nor for whom the call was intended. "We have important information for you and look forward to your return call."  If they don't want me to know who they are, they obviously do not want to speak with me.

Got a recorded message for the first time saying that they have left several messages and need me to call back. Like hell I will. F*&%ing scamers.

Received a call from this # indicating they have left several messages at my #, caller id Orange County Area.  

This was the first call I have ever received and they did not leave any information to what the nature of the call is for, nor a company name.  They did however state they needed to hear back from me today.

I heard about some scam that is done on cell phones I think it's called cramming? When you call back the # that is left you are accepting some type of offer and then you are billed for it on your cell phone bill.  Not sure if this is the same thing but I won't be calling that # anytime soon if they can't identify their business or the reason for their call.

As far as I am concerned if they have my cell # they should have my address, whatever issues they have with me they can send it in the mail!

These so called CCS & Associates from the #7149757610,are terrible at what they do. They have been harassing the new residents at my grandmothers old house. I haven't lived there in over 10 years and i was still in high school, what kind of debt could i have possibly of had. Worse thing is they give these people a claim #, but wouldn't tell them anything else because there wasn't anything else. Better yet the claim # had a year in it a year when i was 17yrs old. IDIOTS! Now what if i didnt know the people who is residing at my grandmother's old house and this was real. Those people could of ruined me. CCS are ignorant people, who need to get a life better yet, get a fn JOB. And quit trying to scam elderly people. I know exactly what they was trying to do. Talk my grandmother into paying my debt your about two years to late.

called and said they had left numerous messages and was important i call, did not recognize the name, nor have they left any messages what so ever, they were looking for someone with the same last and first name but a different middle initial, said no one by that name lives here, they said would remove my number, we will see

Got the call at 1:20pm today.  Left message that they were CCS & Associates and that they have left numerous messages for me previously (they have not) and that it is very important that I call them back today.  If they were to leave a message with my name in it, I would possibly call back to see if there is something going on that I don't know about, but because they did not leave my name and I have not received anything in the mail or know of any debt that I could possibly owe, I assume they are looking for somebody else or its a scam.  But be aware that there is always the possibility that you do actually have a debt that you don't know about!  It happened to me.  When signing up for a bank card, the bank accidentally opened and then failed to close a new card in my old name.  A couple of years went by and they were charging me an "inactive" fee each month, then sending all the bills and info to my old name at my old address.  I knew nothing about this until a debt collector tracked me down.  It was fairly easy to straighten out, since the bank made the mistake.

I just got the call for the 1st time this morning.  I'm researching them now because 4 big things make me suspect they're bogus:
1 - multiple messages have NOT been left on my phone;
2 - I don't recognize the company name as anyone we do business with;
3 - area code 714 is not a place having any business with us; and
4 - they never used our name;, if it's so important to reach us, I'd expect them to have said, "It is very important we contact you today, Mrs Blahblah."

So far, I'm unaware of anyone else connected with me receiving these calls.  I'm certainly NOT going to phone them back.

Let me a message saying they have called numerous times and I won't return their calls.     Trying to reach someone who happens to have the same last name as me.    Told lady it was wrong number and that they needed to immediately remove my name and to stop grasping at straws and going through phone book looking for this person.   She said that they think this is a relative of mine.     Told her she was wrong and if they call again they will have to speak to my lawyer.

Called again today saying that they have been trying to reach me for days now. When I call the number back there's a beeping noise and Devin picks up no matter what number I dial. They call my home all types of day and night yet I have received no information from whom I owe. I have reported them to the FCC because this is plain old rude.
I receive calls from different numbers and they have even started to call my elderly parents and of course they call me in an uproar. This must stop!! I just found out that if you call back thats how they get paid and if you do they can perform skip traces that will allow them to contact everyone that you know!

these people called my sisters father-in law looking for me.  when i called the number back they were rude and said they could not look me up by my name only my Social.  when i told him i would not give him my social he said that he can not help me and they will continue to call my sisters father-in law to get ahold of me. then hung up on my after telling me to f**k off.

Got a call from this phone number as well.. This afternoon. My phone number is private. They left a message saying it ways very important to call them. Sound like a law firm or bill collector or some BS!
