This is a fraud. I have received  the same type calls and foolishly sent them money for over a year. I asked for a printout of my payments and got the run around. They are a scam and will not get any more money fro me. I reported them to my bank. And, they will be reported to the Attorney General of CA. and the FTC.

CALL THE FTC!! I have done some research and this scam has ties to Gordon and Associates, Jordan and Associates, QSS, and Assured Client Services. If anyone named Chris Jensen, Gregory Burch, Tom Gabrial,David Silva, Rich Delgotto, Jon Garcia has called you then call the FTC!!

I received the same call. Did they ever sue you for the debt or did they just stop calling you?

I received a call on 8/23 from the same number asking to contact David Christian with QSS.  I returned their call and they informed me that they want to deliver legal documents but would settle my debt if I payed now.  Original debt was to Citi.  I looked at my records later that day, I have documentation that shows that I payed the debt in 2003.  I also pulled all 3 of my credit reports and there is nothing mentioned on any of the 3 credit reports regarding this debt.
They called me again this morning.  The representative asked me to provide my payoff statement, and I told him it was not necessary since I payed it off more than 7 years ago and that it is not on my credit report.  He informed me that he is not a debt collector but would not expand any further.  He hung up on me stating the he is going to log this call as "nothing came of it".  

I did not catch the representative's name, but he was pronouncing his company name as Jordan and Associates, but could have been Gordon and Associates.

Looks like they are trying to get you to pay on debts that are invalid.

I received the exact same BS phone call/ voice mail as Hi Ho's message states above. It's fraud, they also block the number to which they are calling from.

Got the same phone call with the same message. It's spam.

Received a voicemail from this number asking for someone I don't know saying they need to schedule a time to deliver legal documents. The man who did not identify himself said he was calling on behalf of QSS and said the call should be returned to David Christian
