Had 3 calls w no messages left.  I called them back. It's just a survey company. They were nice and only took about 1-2 minutes to answer their questions about the repair shop and Enterprise. I'm sure the calls will stop now.

It is a company called Fix Auto USA. They follow up on repairs completed at various body shops throughout the US. Your information is given to them from the body shop you had a vehicle repaired at. They just want to know about your satisfaction  They also assist in helping customers schedule appointments for inspections as requested by your insurance company. It is legit. They also leave messages. You should check your voicemail.

We had some auto repair done at a local shop.  The caller was very polite, the questions were relevant, and it was not an unpleasant experience.  They did not try to sell me anything.  

I doubt whoever is calling is from Enterprise or any other legit company being thrown out there. I agree with one poster it's probably a survey company and they're calling for any company that hires as a follow-up. Same number called me, no message. I recently put my car in shop because someone hit us. But my rental company used was at Hertz, located at the body works shop on site. The body work shop is a major one also, but because of their quality work I'm using them again. Could one of these business hired an outside survey company for work performed, likely. Most likely though, the survey company is hired by one of the insurance companies talked about, same number, two different insurance company and we all seemed to have used recently. If their calling you on your cell phone and your using an Adroid/IPhone you can block the call from calling you again. Go online to get the instructions, the person will get a recording of," do,do do, this phone number is no longer in service". They get the messaqge pretty fast.

Just a follow up survey as to a insurance claim and appointment follow up,it's a legit company and if you're receiving call from them, you should know why

I had a vehicle in for collision repairs at Fountain Valley Body Works last week.  This number (714-998-8431) called and the female caller DID leave a voicemail message asking to "please call us back on our toll-free number, 877-274-5758" so we can make sure you are "satisfied" with the work performed.  Yes, I also rented an Enterprise vehicle during the time my own was in their shop.  This call did not mention anything about Enterprise.  It's a survey call related to a recently legitimate business transaction.

Legitimate customer satisfaction survey company paid by collision repair service firms for that purpose. Forgot name of company, not significant. Pride Auto Body uses this service and I was alerted would receive call from these folks. Survey takes only a few minutes. Like others have said here, they ask questions about your insurance provider's behaviour and your car rental experience.

Had work done at Fixx autobody and rental from Enterprise. Then started getting these calles. 10 or so a week for weeks. First time they left a message, than not again but they keep calling despite my never answering.

Incredibly rude, and obnoxious unprofessionalism with the frequency and early/late timing of their calls.

Will never use Fixx or Enterprise again because of these rude calls.

Got a call on cell which I didn't recognize the ID, so I blew it off.  Moments later, my home phone rang so I took it.  Based on the other comments posted here, it is an independent QC survey group soliciting the quality and customer satisfaction of an auto collision repair I concluded this week, as well as my thoughts on the rental car company and the auto insurance I use.  That is to say, it was a basically legit call.

A very friendly lady left a message. She identified herself as calling on behalf of Fix It Auto, and wanted to ask some followup customer service questions. She Left a Toll Free number to call back at my convenience.

I didn't not pickup this call as I didn't recognize the number. Will pickup shall they like to call again and I see/hear the phone ringing,

Very pleased with Fix It Auto, professional, courteous, kept me in the know every step of the way.

However, had to rent a car from Enterprise Rental, contracted through my insurance company. The car Enterprise brought straight from someone else using it, smelled to high HEAVEN of Baby Powder, attempting to mask the odor of cigarette smell and vomit (vomit was encrusted in the steering wheel). My husband didn't think highly enough of me to request a new rental to replace this, lucky me.

Confirmed... I had my car serviced at a auto body shop after a collision, it is a survey company.

A call from Fountain Valley Bodywork asking a series of question.   I had my car repaired there.  And wanted to know I rated them, my insurance and the car rental company.

Basically, was I satisfied or not.

I finished reading all these replies.  I, too, just had body work done on my car from someone in an AVIS car rental that hit me.  I rented from Enterprise Car Rental @ Jim & Jacks Auto Body Shop.

I am getting bombarded by this number 714-998-8431.  Anywhere from 2 -6 calls a day without leaving messages.  STOP CALLING ME!

this number is for customer satisfaction survey - recently had work done at Pride Auto Body & they were calling with follow up questions. Makenzie was very friendly & polite - no issues here

This belongs to a Collision Repair company. They keep calling asking for someone I have never heard of. I have called them back several times asking them to remove my phone number from their list and they say they will but do not ! I Today 5-11-12 notified them I am keeping records of them calling and will file complaint with Attny Gen ofc for phone harassment.

They called me too and said they were doing a survey for a recent auto repair I had done - unfortuately I never had anything done ???

I just received a call from 714-008-8431.  I did not recognize the number so I let it go to voice mail.  The caller did leave a message and identified themselves as being associated with Fix Auto, a Geico service center where I recently had some repairs made to my car.  The called was attempting to reach me to participate in a customer satisfaction survey and left a toll free call back number.  I do not see any issues with this number.  They were very professional, polite, and the survey only took a few minutes.  No problems here!

Janet ID'd this correctly. The survey callers are on behalf of Enterprise Rent-a-Car or your local body shop affiliated with Fix Auto. Same survey company might be servicing both. Problem is, the survey folks have their dial-ahead system set to a too-short ring to pickup dwell time. Their incompetence does nothing to generate a favourable response from the person being called. This is unfair to Enterprise, your local body shop, and FixAuto. They are paying the survey service and not getting their moneys worth. Just aggrivating people off.

This is a call from Fix Auto.  It is a follow up survey to auto repair work you have had done due to an accident.  Mine was through Auto Body World.
