This number called my home at 11:43am, caller ID read "Stevens Point, WI". I let the answering machine pick up, did not leave message. I do not answer calls from numbers I do not recognize. If it were in fact a legitimate call, a message would be left on the machine.

After getting the call 3 times in 2 days with no message left, I answered and no one said anything for a few seconds before I hung up.  Seems like a telemarketer to me

Answered the phone, and nobody was there. I said "hello" a few times, and asked if anyone was there, but it remained silence.

This is a call from Charter.  Not the usual toll-free numbers, but local, so it threw me off.
