Argh, typo. Figi.

Thinking it's actually a call center. They are calling me daily and I've never heard of Figired, let alone ordered from them. I am going to put them on my blocked calls list tho!

Having received these calls all week long, I finally looked up this number and saw that it was Figi's. I did as was "instructed" to do - it worked!!! They replied with a nice note and removed me from their "outbound sales calls." I hope it works for future holiday sales events!!!

You must work there if you're so confused about the difference between "thanks" and HARRASSMENT.

Yeeesh! Gosh people getting so uptitght! I get it, answering calls on a limited minutes cell phone. But this is just someone YOU DO BUSINESS WITH calling to say THANK YOU. If they call more than once, and that strokes you the wrong way, ask them to remove you from the call list. They'll cheerfully do it. All this filing complaints and getting severely bent out of shape is not really necessary, is it? Some of you act like if the phone rings, it's like nails across a chalk board! Turn that thing off then! Good Day!

Caller is Figi's Customer Service, they want to find out how you liked their products, they do it every year when I order things for Christmas, guess I'll have to order from Swiss Colony instead, they don't pester you

Yes - the call is from Figi's. I just got one myself. People please understand how the Do Not Call Registry works.... Even if you are on the registry, companies you do business with are ALLOWED to call you.

I received a call from 715-204-3313 on 2/5/13.  They didn't leave a message.  When I called it back the message said "A call was made to you earlier from Figi's to thank you for your recent order" (rough translation).  It does allow you the option of pressing 0 to speak with someone.  I did that and spoke with Katie.  I asked her if there was a problem with my recent order that would be cause for the call. She said no.  I asked her if there was a way to mark my account/phone number as a do not call unless there's a problem and she said yes.  I also explained that I'm registered with DO NOT CALL. She said she put a note in the file.  Let's see if it works. They seemed very pleasant about it.

Uh oh... I ordered from Figi's too. I guess that puts you on a call list? They just called and I didn't answer it but, judging from the notes here, I'm betting it's Figi's Gifts. Grrrr.

hmmm ain't that interesting.  Placed several orders to Figi's over the holidays and this number just called me a few minutes ago.  I answered...  Hello....  Hello....  silence for about 10 seconds and then disconnect.  Geese, if you're going to call someone to follow-up on their order at least have the courtesy to respond when they answer.....

Just received a call tonight 12-18-12 from this number and talked to a real person.....not automated. They ask for my husband's ex-wife who has not lived here since 1997. Told them she did not live here and they took our number off their list.... I would say they called to collect a bill she owes as usual.

So I called the number back and got an automated "thank you for your order" from Figis. listened to whole message gave option to speak with someone press 0 did, spoke to someone asked them to stop calling, Hopefully the calls will stop on my limited minutes cell phone.

So it is Figi's.  Wife just placed order, now they're calling back.  Why do these people risk irritating customers?  Attempts for more business.  Can block incoming phone numbers, so have blocked 715-204-3313.  If they use other numbers for calling might be an exercise in futility.  Had similar problem several years ago with Omaha Steaks.  Wife likes to order things from places like that for Christmas gifts.  Kept telling them to stop but they didn't.  Called several times per week, sometimes more than once per day.  Finally contacted state attorney general's office and someone from there called them (Omaha Steaks).  Calls stopped.  Never have done business with them again.  Good luck folks.  You do business with people they apparently don't qualify for Do Not Call List listing.

I'm glad that Figi's calls it's customers to thank them for ordering. The only thing I can say about my experience is that they called once. At first I couldn't hear anything and then I heard a man say," I am looking for *****, I need to talk to her about her order" and he was nasty about it, and I said, "This is she" and he hung up on me!

I receive calls every day from 715-204-3313 but no message is ever left.  I believe from this website that the call is from Figi's.I called the number and reached Figi's.  They had no idea why I was being called everyday.  I was told they took the message not to call me again.  We shall see.

I also recently purchased from FIGIs.  Only 1 call so far...but we shall see!

unfortunatly, the Do Not Call option does not work if you have ordered anything from a company. ie: Figi's. It is only supposed to work if the telemarketers are trying to drum up sales, but you have never bought anything from them before.

The idea of using their web page contact and advising them, to stop calling your number is a good idea.Especially if it works.

I have also ordered from Figi.  Now I get at least 4 calls a day from this number as well.  I guess the link to our calls is in fact Figi.  I intend to call their customer service to have my name removed from their list as well.  Did the calls stop after you contacted them?

Calls almost every day and want it to stop--never leaves a message--"I am on the DO NOT CALL registry---they best stop!!!
