Got a text from this number and hour ago:
"CARD SERVICES ALERT: Your debit-card has be DEACTIVATED. Please call 715.456.8076."
Figured it was bs, googled to confirm.

i got the same message tonght at around 4pm saying to call to re-activate the card to call this number, thought it was pretty suspicious so i ignored it, thanks for reporting it.

I just received the very same message, it does look like a scam because my accounts are fine. Thanks for reporting and I hope ,more people do the same. It appears that the number is from Chippewa Falls.

recieved a text message stating that my debit card had been deactivated and to call the number. I DID NOT respond to the text... I knew it was not a number from my banks ... I called both of my banks using numbers that I knew to belong to my banks...one of my banks doesn't offer text alerts and the other said I would have had to come in and signed up for it..
This is a scam!!! Do not respond to it!!! But do stop in or call your bank using numbers that you know to be true just to double check your accounts for peace of mind.
