Just got a call from this #. Told them I couldn't hear them, so they called me back & hung up. Typical of this sort of call. I don't even know where area code 715 is. How do these callers benefit by this?

Caller ID just said "Wisconsin" and this phone number. I tried to call back but incoming calls weren't accepted.

OK....I must be on a list. Getting calls from this number constantly and the CID shows "Wisconsin". How do we stop them.

It is a Robo call regarding grants.
Call is illegal because they have spoofed the caller ID and you cannot call them back.

This is a scam. If there were government grants available, the trade organization I belong to would send information about them in their newsletter.

I HAD A FEW MINUTES TO EFF WITH THIS CALLER - KNEW FROM THE CID THAT IT WAS A TELEMARKETER.
UNFORTUNATELY, IT WAS A RECORDED MESSAGE ABOUT GOVERNMENT GRANTS.
I HUNG UP AS SOON AS I HEARD THE RECORDING.
MAYBE NEXT TIME....

Just received a call from that number at 4:16 Eastern. Didn't answer and no voicemail was left, nor did it even activate my voicemail. 1st instance from that number and area code.

Prerecorded message about grants. Interesting that they fill in the blanks with your biz name and the city before they start in on how they can provide you with tons of money.
