This number called me in MI; message regarding lowering my interest rates, press 1 to speak to a representative.  
I pressed 1 and as soon as they answered I told him to put me on the "Do not call" list, thinking that there is a chance this was a semi-legitimate company.  Well he starts talking crazy and then asking for Julio, then when I interrupt him telling him to stop calling this number, he starts rapping about Don Julio or something.  This literally must be a bunch of space ghosts sitting around twerkin each other and calling random numbers hoping to catch a fish.  Losers.

The message is something from some so called company regarding credit cards. I have been called before by this company and they are really persistant, "your credit card is due to expire unless you notify us within 48 hours" or words to that effect. I finally spoke to a live person and he was a real jerk.

I am so sick of these people calling.  When I asked for his name, he hung up.  GET A JOB PEOPLE AND QUIT TRYING TO SCAM HARDWORKING PEOPLE!!

Missed a call from this number, they didn't leave a voicemail, then I called back and a recording said disconnected (sounds like a homemade recording).  My only question is why?

These people are calling from a VOIP number, where you can fake your caller ID, so you will never be able to call it back.

I don't understand how these individuals could just call anyone's number thinking people are ignorant enough to give c card numbers out why don't they get a real job and quit harassing people there really should be a law. They didn't leave a company name.

Missed the call at 1:34 pm. Called back and got a pre-recorded message saying the number had been disconnected. Funny, the message sounded pretty fake as well as the fact that the number just called me!!

Received an unwanted call from this number, did not answer, and they did not leave a message.

I received 6 phone calls in the last 24 hours. This is only one of the #s. Everyone is from a random area code. Each time it ring once, maybe twice and disconnects. Any ideas?

He is spamming everyone including me! And the number left a creepy voicemail

This numr called.  Let it go to VM.  No message.  I tried to call back within 10 minutes, voice says number disconected.  SCAM!

07-12-13 14:43 had a call from this # no one answered when I picked up, I called the # back and it said that it had been disconnected !  (????) Blocked the # from the Phone and reported it to the FCC.

Same this as JC.  Asked her one question and she immediately hung up.  Tried to call back and the number is listed as out of service.

yeah, definitely a scam. I heard the your credit card company and knew it was a sham. I pressed 1, and then when lady picked up, I asked her which credit card...then she said mastercard, visa, and discover. I said, all three and told her taht i found it highly unlikely that all 3 woudl use teh same service, so I asked whcih one and she hung up. I wasn't done with her, and wanted to give her a piece of my mind...called teh number back, but woudlnt go through as disconnected.

7/11/2013    Answered since I get calls from out of state all the time.  "Did you know you could reduce your credit card rates press "1".  I did and asked to be removed from their list.  The bi*** hung up on me.  I called back and says number is disconnected.

Yup, same thing here in wisconsin, that number just called me  4:22pm today.  I didn't answer & No message left...  I am on the do not call list also.....how do they get away with this.   Think I am going to report the number....

I got a call and received a partial voicemail saying "this is your last warning call blah blah for lower interest rates" the number says its disconnected. Sooo telemarketer of some sort.

Receive the call as above.  No answer.  No message.  The number is now blocked.  Looks like Jul is slated for CA calls!..
