I got the same call at my business and the caller I.D. came up McDonald's Restaurant.  The young man acted stupid.

They called my business and the caller I.D came up Mcdonald's Restaurant, and the lady was very rude on the phone.

They called us from 715-8742-3581 which is just one number different from the other one.  They offered to give us a free security system for my business and home.   Like I'm going to be that stupid.  They were very, very persistant.

this company has been calling us for over 2 weeks. just filed our complaint with the state DA and the FTC.

I have recieved two calls from these people today.  They claimed to be PCA security.  The caller id came back as Prism Affiliates.

The first call I would not let the caller talk to the owner.  When I asked him what the call was about he said security.  I said what kind of security.  He said what do you mean.  I said exactly what do you mean security.  He said I don't understand what you mean.  I said you said the call was about security what kind of security.  He said oh security for your building.  I said we already have security.  He said something stupid in an insulting tone of voice.  I told him he wasn't very good at his job.  He told me I wasn't good at my job.  I told him actually I was as my job is to keep people like him from talking to the owner.  He laughed.  I told him he should get a better job.  He said do you really think so?  I said yes.  He said I was right they don't pay him, they owe him $1,000.  He then said PCA sucks don't buy from them, look them up on the internet but don't tell anyone what he said.  I said thanks for the tip and wished him good luck.  I actually rather enjoyed that call.

Of course they called again later today and I spoke to a supervisor by tricking them.  I asked questions I knew the dude with the script wouldn't know the answer too.  He tried to tell me how similar to ADT they were.  I told him I was happy doing business with a local company not a company that would come to the area (how big is that area) for a week or two then run off back to Wisconsin never to be seen again.

All in all the calls were not to bad but they don't know what they are doing.  Of course I never did tell them I own a company that is an authorized dealer for ADT but I did get some good pricing information about a potential competitor.

Same here!! This company called today and would give me no information as to what they wanted with the owner said they would call back he was here.  I looked up the number and found this site. Prism co. Affiliates is what came up on ID 715 842-3583. Very annoying...we are a place of business and don't have time for telemarketing calls. I googled the number and found this site. Thank you for this site and the URL to report these people. I urge anyone who gets these kinds of calls to report it. Maybe then we get these useless calls stopped!

caller called and said it was a sales call, I told them I had small children sleeping to take me off their list.

Very persistent callers- even after telling the caller to take us off their list.  This must have been the third call this a.m. I guess they find it hard to take orders from a female, since their info is suggesting Wm., a male. HA!

Same here!! The past couple of days they have called about 7 times total! Always asking for the owner and having to call back because he isn't here. Finally I decided to look up the number and found this site. Always comes up either PCA security or Prism co. affiliates. Very annoying...we are a place of business and don't have time for telemarketing calls!! Ugh!

Received calls from this number as well as 1 715 842 3582 (which said it's a McDonalds on caller id).  Would not speak to any one other than intended caller and would not leave message.

found these guys and called. also was told to call attorney general, chamber of commerce and the fcc and complain.

these people call and hang up.. i usually try to support telemarketers but this style of buisness has gotten way out of line. when i asked to be removed he said "nope" and hung up.. these guys are bad for anyone help..

Prism Co Affilliates & PCA SEC INC # 715-842-3602/715-842-3576/715-842-3594 & 715-842-1792...calls begin as early as 8 a.m. and end at around 9 p.m. After one of the calls today 10/23/08 4:08p.m. I decided to call the number back and ask for a supervisor, as luck would have it the same guy I had just asked to Not Call Back answered the phone , I told him who I was an asked to speak to a Supervisor he asked for what , and I explained that after 27 calls in 2 days I wanted them to stop,
He asked me who I was and what company I was with , after I told him he replied that he had never heard of me or the company, I responded that I had just spoken to him and that once again I want the calls to stop..
He replied that I have never even heard of you or your company, I then asked him ( If you didn't just call me then how did I get Your Phone Number?) HE HUNG UP / I have 4 diferent numbers for the same company

These people are rude and will not stop calling. You can not call their number back on the caller id! It gives you a busy signal. There has to be something someone can do???

"Eric Marshall" called our business phone number at 5:40 PM Pacific Time and asked to speak to my boss.  Our number is a registered "Do Not Call" number, and an employee received a call earlier today from them and subsequently told them not to call back.  Upon receiving their second call, I told Eric Marshall we were registered as a "Do Not Call" number, to which he replied that it wasn't possible as we were a business.  I asked which company he was calling from, and he replied Prism Affiliate Co., which after a rude exchange and hang up I found on Google to be an online casino company.

They are a bogus/dishonest company who will not listen to you

A man called me very unprofessionally asking for the owner. I didn't understand him at first so I said "excuse me" and he hung up. We have received several calls from this company and they only stayed on the line once to talk about their "product". I called the number back at a later hour to see what would happen and the phone just rang. They have no answering service which seems very odd to me. I googled the name of the caller on the caller ID and it came up on telemarketer complaint lists. This company seems a little strange to me.

"Lily" called and said she wanted to talk to the owner. When I asked her company she said PCA Security. I googled her number and there weren't any records, so I googled PCA Security and it popped up with hits from all kinds of telemarketing complaint sites. I asked her for more info of her company and she transferred me to someone else since she claimed to be new.

She said the company was giving away security cameras for free in the area, and they only talk in person to the owners. When I asked for information about the company she hung up on me.
