Scam, scam, scam.  Do not call back, do not give out any info.  There is no lawsuit.  Beware.  If you do speak to him, threaten him back with legal action.  He is trying to trick you into giving out your private info or worse.  Beware!!!!!!!!!

I got the same call! I don't know how to get them to not call me??? Any Answers

I got same call very threatening  with a very heavy Indian accent with a name of Chris Brown.Really....

I went round and round with him for 15 minutes and I told him I DID have an attorney present. I requested a copy of the "contract" he claims I defaulted on in October 2010, but he could not provide.

They got the #'s off payday loan application sites. Ask him to produce a copy of the contract and the loan #. When he says he cannot, then tell him you want a demand in writing. I asked for it and he hung up.

"This message is intended for xxxx yyyyy, I repeat xxxx yyyyy.  I have your name here on a legal document and you need to call me back at 716201086.  If I do not hear back from you then you will need to  have a legal attorney by your side  or you will have serious consequences with the law..."  

Called number back but mailbox was full... SCAM!!!!!

Someone from this # called my mother today insisting that she owed some bank, $300 and since she's late on paying it back she now owes $325. The guy was rude and threatened her by telling her the police were going to be sent to her house and her court fees would be high. Completely ridiculous and made up!

Strange thing is though, which scared my mother, is that they knew her email address and home address. She made a report with our local police and also with the fbi.

This # is registered to a landline in lockport, NY.

My wife just got the call as well.  When she asked to speak with a supervisor, they transfered her to an "Officer Chris Brown".  Yeah, that doens't sound at all suspicious from an individual who barely speaks English.

I've been calling all day, harrassing them!  Eff these crooks.

Just got the same call.  Number on my caller ID was 0000.  Thanks for the info everyone.

Got the same phone call, same message threatening me to call back and I better have an attorney present.  I called my cell phone provider and had the phone number blocked.  Sick of scum bags.  He probably has ripped off many people, most likely the elderly which he scared into giving him private info.  He needs to be stopped.

I have been hit by a "James Taylor" about a "legal document" and I was going to harassed at work and at home if I did not contact him immediately. I called this #(716 201-0863) and a recording says # not avaliable and gives a code#919052.

This phone # is a scam!!!  They left messages saying that a lawsuit is going to get filed against you if you did not call back immediately and when you call back they try to get you to get a pay day loan and they do not say what company they are from.  I also asked to speak with a supervisor and they said "their supervisor does not speak english".  I would call several times and get hung up on several times and when they would answer they would say "I wasn't hanging up on you the phone was disconnecting".  VERY SUSPICIOUS PEOPLE!!!!!!
