They are haseling me to death over someone elses phone bill! They are not lawyers.

These people called my husband looking for my Ex-husband. They told me the were a debt collection firm trying and they would be calling if someone was suing him or trying to collect an IRS debt.

Here we go (again!) another Buffalo, NY debt collector using every ruse in the book to hide who they really are.
NYS Corporation listings show:
JOSEPH, ORTIZ & EPSTEIN, LLC
However they are operating as ?DELTA GROUP? in spite of not registering that name.
These are VERY bad debt collectors, calling consumers on debts that are too old to collect on, litigate on, or even give them valid reason for accessing your credit files. Are owners Tim Manhard and Joe Colisimo encouraging collectors to violate federal law, the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA)? Consumers tell us they have a history of representing that they are lawyers.
We could find NO state licensing or bonding anywhere in the nation, as required by law,
to collect a debt.
Owners Timothy Manhard, whose last known address is/was, listed on the incorporation papers as:

just did a post of another number these guys are using (1-716-204-3162). do a search on this website for that number and you will see my post. i did a lot of web searhing for that numbr and its like they dont exist, but found a reasonable link here on this site.
