Roland Shepard also called me.  They had my social.  He hit me with the fraud speech and said it was from a "pay day loan" place.  I did have pay day loans a few years back but to the best of my knowledge they were all satisfied.  I don't know if this is a scam or not or just a case of misinformation.  And they had the nerve to get snippy with me.  I talked to two different ppl as well and was given Brinkman and Weiss and Goldberg and Weiss as the lawfirm so im really feeling scammed

Recieved a message on home phone saying this is Roland Shepard and was needing a statement for pending charges for fraud so I called back he answered asking for a claim number with he provided in the voicemail told him then said there were two charges filed againts me in franklin county and that is not even near me then had told me my social number witch was not correct then the bank which was not my bank then called my local law enforcement and told them then the guy called back saying the same thing asking for my social ya right buddy what a joke!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have been getting this call for over a year.  It's a fraudulent call.

Man left a message identifying himself as Roland Shepard, concerning fraud charges against the brother of our daughter in law (whom we have never met) and possibly subpoenaing my wife.

This person calls and states he is an investigator and there are pending fradulent charges pending in the county where I live that they are going to file and he just needs a statement from me before they are filed. When I called back he was mad that I didn't write down the case number and became very irritated and hung up on me. Before he hung up I accused him of being a collector and he denied that. I am going to report him to the Attorney General Office in my county.

received a telephone call stating that he was going to file  charges against me for fraud.  I returned the call but no one answers.  Since I have no debts and never have been so much as two minutes late on any credit, plus my credit history is superb, I can:t figure this guy out.  How do I sue him or should I just report him to the district attorneys office for impersonation, undue harasment. or to use his terms "fraud".

He left me a voice message that my file has been assigned to someone to attend to it. I called the phone number severally but no one ever picked up. I have no issue whatsoever and wondere what the heck is this.

Guy said that he was an investigator and was going to file criminal charges against me for fraud.  What a f**king farce.  A@@hole.
