Came into work and had a message from this number 716-205-3311. Message said to push any button for a representative and if not to please call 877-858-9984 and gave a case number. The case number she stated was not stated like one, two, three it was stated one thousand, two hundred three. I have never heard anyone use a case number like that- they spell it out for you because they want to make sure you get it right. They call my office all day long and I let it go to my machine- it is a place of business and I owe no debt . . . I have reported them also the the AG's office.

THEY ARE TRYING TO FIGURE OUT YOUR PHONE SYSTEM TO COMMIT FRAUD – ALWAYS FIGHT TERRORISM ANYWAY YOU CAN!

I have been receiving calls at work from this and related phone numbers. Back in 2007 I took out an on-line payday loan from TJF Corp for $300 + $90 fee. I tried to pay down my loan but couldn't reach anyone. I had to close my checking account 3/2009 because of identity theft and this company pulling out $90 every two weeks. They have taken well over $2200. I received an e-mail notice that I now owe them $510.00. $120.00 in non-payment fees. Now because they can't pull any more money they call my work incessantly. I did get to talk to someone at Advance Credit Recovery and told them to stop calling my work. They said of course there are deliquent fees because the payment was returned in March of '09. Has anyone found a way to get them out of their life? They keep changing their name. 1st it was TJF Corp, then TJF Corp and/or Bahamas Marketing Group, then SGQ, Ltd, and then SGQ/Bahamas Marketing Group. This is an out of state company. Don't Calif. pay day laws apply?

If anyone listens to their recording long enough to get the 800# to call back, please post it here as calling this number gets you nowhere!

THE PLACE IS A SCAM THEY JUST MOVED THERE OFFICE FROM NIAGARA FALLS, NY TO AMHERST, NY.......SUE THEM SO THEY CAN BE BARRED FROM COLLECTIONS PLEASE CONTACT THE ATTORNEY GENERAL OFFICE OF NY SO HE CAN SHUT THEM DOWN. I repeatedly get calls from 716-205-3311 stating that it is a legal matter, and that I owe money to them. They call me several times per day, and I do not know how to make them stop. Someone needs to stop this people from ripping off others.

MALONE ? From his first day as a high-lift operator at the ComLinks Gleaning Program warehouse, Richard Radice knew he had to do something to help struggling North Country families find enough to eat.

But he had a few obstacles of his own to overcome first.

He was assigned to the Gleaning Program with seven others as part of a community-service obligation for his prison sentence at Camp Gabriels Correctional Facility.

Radice gambled away $100,000 he borrowed from a friend of his mother and was jailed for grand larceny.

He was eventually released from prison and found work as a crane operator at the Buffalo Zoo during the week. He paid all of the money back with interest.

And on weekends, he went back to his first love, singing.

Endowed with a fine tenor voice, Radice, 47, became the voice of the Rochester Americans, the farm team of the National Hockey League?s Buffalo Sabres, singing the national anthem at all home games.

His voice then carried him to a former CBS Records executive, and from there, his career exploded.

Radice?s version of the classic ?Twelfth of Never? has sold 517,000 copies, and he is currently on an international tour with singer Juice Newton.

He has performed with Kelly Clarkson, Frankie Valli and Joe Piscopo, and later this year, he will be the opening act on the 16-month national tour for Paul Anka.

Radice expects to sign a $2.7 million recording contract with a major label on Dec. 4.

He auditioned for ?American Idol? years ago but was turned down because of his age.

Now he is known in some circles as ?The Ameri-Con Idol,? and he is proud to wear the nickname.

This same company called every hour of the day with different numbers & threats. Started off as there is a court case going to be filed within 48 hrs against me with in my county and that a sheriff will serve me. Within seconds, they have somehow can call tricking the caller id with fake numbers and entered our local sheriffs dept as if the sheriff was trying to find me to serve me. Then they started leaving messages that there is a civil suit against me & gave a 6 digit number very fast with a call back number of 877-287-0984. These guys need to be shut down. What they do is disturbing the public with invalid threats!

this number has been calling my cell so many times and always automated looking for a particular name of a person. i can't even talk to a live person. this call has to stop. It bothers me.

I got call from 716-205-3311. I Googled this number and found a lot of other complaints. They told me that I was a co-signer and they were taking action. I am not the co-signer on anything. The lady who called herself "Ella" would not listen and kept talking so fast that I could not understand her. I asked what information she had from me and all she would come up with is my name and phone number. When asked if she had my signature on any paper works, she said that her office did not keep those records that they were elsewhere and the she had only the names to follow up on. Who are these people anyway? What action can be taken against them to get them to stop?

This number with area code 716 even went to the extreme of faxing to my husband's home office fax machine requesting employment verficiation on me!!  What is up with that? It was intended for my old employer but came to my husband's fax.  I don't even know how they got that number.  I wrote a note on it stating never to fax me again and a copy was being sent to the New York Attorney General.  These people will do anything!

I recently dealt with this number. I think the collection agency's name is ACR and they were trying to collect a debt from me on an old credit card that I owed. I asked them to give me an address to send a letter to stop calling me, but the girl was so angry that she hung up on me instead of giving me the address. I called back 3 times and she told me to stop calling or she'd press harrassment charges!

So, I've been getting this call for months now...with many Caller I.D. numbers.  They call up to 4 times a day, wanting to speak to someone not here.  Now, I just pick up and then hang up.  They call back immediately.  I do the same.  This will go on for about 5 minutes and then stop.  I think I'm going to purchase an airhorn.  This is ridiculous.

this number called asking for a relative of mine who does not live in my home. i did not pick up because i don't know anyone in Niagara Falls, NY and listened to the voicemail. sounded like a real person but left the message very quickly. hoping they don't call back here again.

They call my phone about once a day or every other day. The first few times they called me I was in school so I couldn't answer it. The other day they caught me in the middle of my lovely nap. I've never owned a credit card either. I think USMC Vet might have been on to something. I tried to get one of my old cell phone numbers back one time but it was taken. They give them back out. It would make sense for a deadbeat to default on their credit card and then have to get rid of their phone too, resulting in the number being given out to one of us lucky individuals.

Just an update.  I called them up, told them I was the wife of Thomas, and asked how could I help them.  They said he owed $309.17 and asked if I would like to pay it.  I said sure, but I don't have a credit card - only a checking account.  I made up a 9 digit routing number and then a fake account number.  No calls today!

I asked the person not to call me again and she said no I don't owe them anything and would like for themnot to call me again.

These jerks have called me everyday for months now.  I call back, try to get my name off the list - they hang up.  Next time they call for Thomas (the guy they're looking for, I'm a girl) I'm going to play along with their scam, give them fake account numbers and hope they go away.  I don't know what else to do!

I am sick of these calls. Every morning my cell phone goes off at the same time and from the same numbers. First I get a call from one number and I dont answer and then 1 minute later I get a call from this number 716-205-3311
I do not owe anyone any money. Never have and never will. I pay my debts. I know its a scam. My cell is on the do not call list but yet they call and call and call.
Someone needs to stop this. Isnt this against the law?
