i received a notice that i was to be out of my apartment within 3 days by mr falzone. what he doesnt understand is the scumbag landlord that i rent from has not fixed anything in the whole house and when i called the health dept they said the apartment was inhabitable, and the landlord should not be renting it out in its condition until its fixed. 1st 3 dyay eviction is illegal and it goes to show that this crook represents scumbags.

i spoke with the mr green mentioned in this mssge board say what you may but this man helped me save thousands of dollars in interest,late fees and he treated me with the utmost respect in fact i had multiple accounts in deliquent  status  ......so if you are lucky enough to get him, he def is the one to deal with and furthermore......just note that when i called i have to admit i was furrious about the whole process...when i was getting rude with him he did not retaliate instead he agreed that the debt system in this country is .....as he said it.....come to be unamerican...wich later to find out that pres reagan gave this quote during his term....so for once i have to defend the person under attack by many , i think unwarrented comments about this perticlar man,...lets face it some things you cant do without at the very least settling some debts...if you do get the assistance from the bank for your future plans.....with delinquent accounts on your cbr the interest that you will pay will be astronomical....mr green mirrors how you treat him.....sincerely me debtor also

A female identifying herself as Caitlyn Cambell requests a call back in regards to accusations of improper conduct insinuating criminal behavior committed by the reciever of the call. Caitlyn continues on a three minute answering machine message about demand for a return call to " give your side of the story" to avoid arrest or prosecution. References are made to a 24 hour window for response before a " hornets nest " is unleashed.
These people are pathetic at best, and criminal in nature.

I returned a phone call to 866-778-0624 x 221, Mr. Green, and left him a message to take my work phone number off and to put another number in its place.  He called me back on the replacement number and left a message and was quite rude.  He said that I had no right to have him tamper with the file by asking him to remove my work phone number and that he was not going to remove it and there would be more calls to my work.  He was only making this one return phone call and that I would have to call him back.  I don't even know what this pertains to.  Should I pursue it to find out what it is?  I only wanted him to take the work number off as I thought by law he wasn't allowed to call my place of employment.

I informed the caller that they have called here before and that we do not know Carey S. and that no one by that name lives here. I asked the caller for the name of his company and the state he was located, he replied Quadrant Accounts Receivable in Amherst NY. When I then asked for their corporate address and phone number he got rude and hung up while I was in mid sentence.

These people called and said that I was going to be arrested for not honoring a contract for $17,500.00 for a Mitsubishi.  I HAVE NEVER HAD ANY CARS NOT MADE IN AMERICA.  They called on 8/7/08 and my husband told them they had the wrong person, they didn't listen.  Then they called again on 8/8/08 and was surprised that I had not been surved with papers for my arrest.  My husband called them back, and they finally told him that they had the wrong person, that they had typed in the wrong last name, the first letter of the person they were hunting started with "B" and my last name starts with "W".  I don't know who these people are, but my husband is going to have the local TV Station to check them out and also the Clerk of Courts Office in our County.  That is where they said they got my phone number and address.
