Thanks for the info Tamianth but thats not true as far as email not being legal. contracts are used by email or online all of the time. Banks and online shopping etc. and it is legal but i just wanted to know about the Docusign company, but i did get the info on them and i just wanted to make sure its not fraudelant. Thanks anyways though

Email, fax nor phone call is legal. It must be sent hard copy via the US mail.

is the e-mail not valid? i got an email called Docusign and it looks like its a legitimate company https://www.docusign.com/ which shows that they deal with major corporations. is it easy to get affiliated with a docusign in collections? from what i recieved i have been relieved of any legal obligations to the bank. i gave them my debit card info and all of my info so someone reply asap

They just try to push around low income people hoping they are not smart. I got a call from them saying I owed even though the debt was claimed in bk. Everytime I asked for for the reason for the call he stated it was my choice to handle it out of court with the collection company or face charges. When asked how I owed a debt that can longer be collected he said it wasnt about the the money... What? So.... handle the case out of court or face court???? I said see you in court buddy.. Still nothing.

Everyone should pay their bills. But ONLY to legitimate collection firm that have mailed (NOT e-mail or fax.) you a notice of validation. As per federal regulations under the FDCPA. And if they do mail that notice (which these clowns won't) all the information on it should be confirmed & verified BEFORE any payment is made to ANY collector.

The info is correct that he gave me, my bank has the same transaction dates, so i dont see anything wrong with paying what you owe. That's just me! You have to pay for your mistakes at some point

I also received a call telling me his name was Michael Barranger and that he was calling about a pay day loan that i owed. He talked and talked and when I asked him to send me proof he said that that had already been sent. To this day I never received any such documentation. He is threatening to arrest me and file felony charges.

She said her name was kendal bryant . She said on the phone I have your bank account and your social security  number.
