This is a collection entity for CAPITAL ONE. I set up a payment plan and received a letter from CAPITAL ONE (not 1st Source) thanking me for my payment and promt response to the collection claim. That was the good part. I was told by (1st Source)  if I needed to arrainge a different plan after I started this one I could just call. This was not the case. I called and was told very matter of factly that I could not make changes. I was also told they would accept an early payoff on the balance. I could not afford it at the time. I keep making payments receiving calls asking if I can pay it off early, 2-3 times a week even on weekends after 7:00 or 8:00 at night. These guys are persistant and oh dear GOD annoying.They sometimes leave a message sometimes not. They are all acounts legit as far as I can tell but their buisiness practices and ethics leave something to be desired.

They called. I missed it, like I was going to answer it anyway? NOT!  They left no msg. Figfures. Typical Buffalo NY collection scam. Why is Buffalo so populated with so many of these?  Are they all crooks there? Geez!

This is a collection company called 1st source advantage.
