A guy call mr meyers calling saying they are going tp prosecute me if i do not pay, I am glad i check the number and found out about the other people he has called. Thanks everybody

I received a call from Mr. Myers telling me that he was going to file charges on me for fraud for a loan service called cashnet usa. I advised him that I will work out some type of arrangements once I got paid. Before I even got paid, I received a call from another company telling me the same thing. I asked what was going on because I been contacted by Mr. Myers and I have worked out a agreement. The lady told me that he no longer works for their company. Once I got off the call with her, I called Mr. Myers number and yes, he answered. I told him that I was contacted by another company and that I need something in writing regarding this matter. He stated he will email me this info but I never received anything. I called both back and gave them a piece of my mind. I will be reporting this to the police dept.

What you can and should do is...nothing. These people are criminals trying to steal from you. They can't have you arrested. Let them threaten, better yet, don't answer when they call.

just received a call from ruben meyers that if i don't pay he will have a sheriff come to my job and take me to jail/court. being very rude to me getting loud on me and hanging up on me.

Someone calls me REPEATEDLY from this # trying to reach someone by the name of Ricky something, and I DO NOT KNOW anyone by that name. I received this number in a NEW METRO PCS phone on December 3rd as a Christmas present early, and NOW I am being harassed by YOUR OUTBOUND callers. 1st of all, it is illegal to leave names and numbers and personal information on a CELL PHONE VM when the person you are calling is no longer in possession of that phone number. This number is obviously a RECYCLED number and whomever this Ricky is, had it before. I work in medicine and my ex-husband is a homicide detective who has a degree in criminal law, and it need be, I can file a statement with him and have YOU investigated through the bureau. I would appreciate it, if you would NEVER call this number again, and I do have the names of the 2 men who called (messages saved) as well as the fact that I phoned the number back to let you know you have the wrong number, and was talked to very unprofessionally and down right rude and a terrible mouth from the so called 'man' whom I was trying to let know that he had the WRONG number, instead he began to degrade me, belittle me and speak to me in a tone that is unwanted and unneeded. I hope to NEVER hear from YOU or your company again.

He called my job and told my co-workers if he didn't hear from me he was going to call the MD authorities...i was sooo pissed because now everyone at work is wondering what is going on...I'm sooo pissed right now

I have received several threatening calls from this Mr. Myers. Now he is calling asking for proof of employment, since I refused to make a payment. Now he is saying he is with Mullins and Kane before it was Morgan and Jackson. Don't give him the time of day!!!

I also received a phone call being threaten. Mr. Myers Also had another person call me acting like a detective. Saying if I didn't call back before the end off the day that they would be waiting for me the next day in front of my job.

5. Call before 8:00 am or after 9:00 pm

6. Call at times the collector knew or should know are inconvenient

7. Use or threaten to use violence if you don't pay the debt

8. Threaten action they cannot or will not take
Collectors can't threaten to sue or file charges against you, garnish wages, take property, cause job loss, or ruin your credit when the collector cannot or does not intend to take the action. [15 USC 1692e] § 807(5)

Yes i called a phone call at work today and i wasn't there and they left a message saying if i didn't call back that they were going to issue warrant for me. I was scared but i felt i needed to check this phone# first and glad i did and actually it was a Mr.Myers that called saying he was with Morgan&Jackson law firm i google that company and nothing.

Hey, he just called me as well. I asked for documentation of the orginial and he insists he can fax one over. When I rec'd the fax it was a payment agreement not the originial loan documents.  Has one anyone else heard anything or actually had to pay them

Just tell them you reported their number to the local police department.  Which I did.  When the cops call the number, they never answere (caller ID tells them, are your stupid, don't pick  up).  They are sitting in their basement ripping people off.  Granted you may have at one time taken a pay day loan, but for whatever reason, these slum bags have gotten peoples information and are praying on those who had or have money issues.  People are thinking, maybe I did maybe I didn't pay my loan back.  But believe me, you paid your loan back. They jus want to  scam people.

they have been calling me everyday for the last 2weeks.. they called me this morning.. Mr.Myers call threatening me as always but i don't this man any attention until i get actual court papers in the mail from all them he can kick rocks...if bu are getting this phones from this company THEY ARE A FRAUD COMPANY THEY JUST WANT YOUR MONEY...

This is also a # from the people from the interchek system and they did get me by saying they would have the papers at the court if i did not make payment arrangement and they said they would EM the paper work where i had took a online payday loan out ,did not know what to do ,i have done that in the past but was sure i had paid it back , it is scary when someone tells you there coming after you and now i have stopped payments until i get something saying i owe this and they keep calling not sure what i need to do from here
