Spoke to Thomas said if I didn't give him 500.00 $ for apayday loan that im not sure is mine I would be served at work.  He was very ignorant,  rude and  they call me at least 9 times within the day!

I have been getting calls all week and when I call back nobody answers.   How can I block this.

His name is Thomas Gunn he works for a place called PCS and Associates. He supposedly is an Abit ration lawyer and they had info on me about some bounced checks that the bank is trying to get from me. They are a fraud. Don't give them any info. They suppose to get your county involved too.  Please beware...

Has been calling and asking for someone who has nothing to do with this phone..have contacted them more than once..sometimes get a live person have asked to be removed from their list..but they keep calling.

They called me.  I just screamed "I have a gun and I'll blow your fooking head off and feed your nuts to my pet pigs if you come near me.". They never call back.

These people threatened my wife and said she was going to jail if she did not pay them a certain amount of money. They would not provide me any information regarding the debt. It is obviously a scam out of Buffalo New York.

They called said I owed something not sure because they never answerd the phone.

caller said negative hits on wifes SS#  something to do with best buy and could settle account for lessor amount and would send hard copy after first payment

These people have been calling constantly, they have given several names all initials claiming my husband owe a loan, I did research and everybody I spoke with has never heard of this company. They would not send me any legal paperwork to the claim they say he owe, so personally I think its a scam.
