This posting is for your information.  If you have a debt or had a debt that in California is more than 4 years old, you cannot have a lawsuit filed against you unless you acknowledge owing the debt.  DO NOT DO THIS.  If you have filed for bankruptcy and received discharge from the court you do NOT owe ANYTHING.  They are prohibited from even calling you to attempt to collect on a debt which has been discharged.  If they continue to call you, you may file a lawsuit against them.  You may also be entitled to attorney's fees under some statutes.  Never ever say you owe the debt, and never ever even acknowledge owing the debt.  These people can only be stopped by a class action lawsuit for the good of everyone.  I myself am currently receiving calls for a person who does not even live at my residence and is someone I have never known.  They will not stop.  I will be dealing with them in my own way by getting one of those canned air horns and blasting it into the telephone when the call.

These people go by "PC Solutions" and "Prime Credit" and their number also comes up as 716-821-0327 and 800-219-4011.

These people are VIOLATING THE LAW and COMMITTING FRAUD. DO NOT give them your social security # or banking information over the phone. If they harass you or threaten you over the phone, REPORT THEM IMMEDIATELY to your state's Department of Commerce, your state Attorney General's office and the FTC. If they contact you and you have voice mail and they leave a message - SAVE the recorded message.

DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT give them your personal information, i.e., social security number, banking information, credit card numbers, etc.

Even if there is a "legitimate" debt, it is AGAINST THE LAW for them to threaten you over the phone and they MUST identify who they are at all times.

I encourage anyone who has been contacted by this organization to file a complaint against them immediately with the above mentioned government entities.

I told them to send me a statement in writing of what money I owed and thay said "Well then we will be serving you at your home, office, or school.  Please dress appropriately."  Never heard from them since.

I think its a scam.

Received call from "Chris Price" threatening legal action on someone who doesn't even live in my house, never lived in my house nor do I know.  I am on the do not call list and have never heard of this person.

Same as all the other posts on this page...but they left no name; no company name; just threats of what they were going to do within 24 hours if I did not respond...caller ID showed this number but the number left for return call was 716-264-5266 which did not bring up a match or any reports...ignoring these idiots...

I changed my phone number so they would not be able to call me anymore. Now they are calling my dad who wants to get the money to them. they even asked him to pay it. all they are doing is scaring him and that makes me mad. i hope they have bad bad dreams every night! i know everyone has a job to do but this is wrong!!!

Now the name they use is John or Chris Price. My son got scammed. He paid them about $700.00 in total..thought he was "done". Then they called and said he needs to pay more.
Same very threatening phone calls.  A police report was filed. All our bank account numbers were changed and we have a friend at the FBI we reported it to.
Other numbers used..716 821 9200 or 0327.  We called them without identifying ourselves and asked them general questions.... they seemed legit and professional on the phone. Call themelves PC Solutions.  BEWARE!!

I received a threating message on 10/26/11,threaring to take me to court and send a subena to my place of work and home.  They will not identify themselves so screw them.  I am living in a cental american country any way.(in the deepest foot hills of this country).Oh by the way folks I have not worked in the U.S since 1998.  No name no money no ticket no laundry.

I have been getting calls from these people as well. At first I did talk to them but they could not even give me the name of the company I owe. Just the name of a parent company. They will not send me anything in writing so I have been ignoring them. I even changed my cell phone number but they got new number and are still calling. Now I am getting messages from someone else there saying they are filing in my county in 2 ays if they do not hear from me within 24 hours. I say let them file. I will take care of it if it is legit howeve i do believe they will have to give the judge something in writing. Wish me luck.

Got calls from a Cheryl Price from Buffulo New York, said I owed for a payday loan in 2008 - and that if I didn't set up payments with them they were going to file a bad check with my court system were I live well I set up the payments and gave all my credit card info and they told me they would send me a conformation though email and as of this date 8/17/11 I haven't received anything at all so I have been calling and leaving messages about the conformation and they tell me they have send it and to look n my spam I have not received anything so at this point I am thinking they are a FAKE COMPANY... I also asked them to fax it and I have got nothing... I will be calling my bank to stop them form taken my money out.. SO IF ANYONE ELSE HAS HAD THIS HAPPEN PLEASE BEWARE.. They scared me so bad I gave them everything.. WHAT A MISTAKE ....

HELP -- I got the same call from that Price lady and she said that I need to make payments so I have set them up and that they were going to email me with all the information and I haven't got nothing from them and I just asked her to fax it to me and she said that she had to call someone to see if they could.. I have been dealing with this for 1 week I am scared they will file against me in court..

Debt collector by the name of Cheryl Price said I owed money to a payday loan in 2009. I went through bankruptcy in 2010. Got a clean slate. Wish I still didn't get calls. :( Legal claim.

Said they have a file number and a case against me? I told them to mail me something in writing and they refused.

called me to pay them for some money thgat i took  in 2008. otherwise they file a law suit against me.
