I have been getting calls from them. I have gotten calls from many different people and numbers. When it first happened to me I freaked out. But this time her name was Amanda Lewis. I am in the process of calling the company they were claiming to be with to inform them that people are calling saying they are here to collect a debt. I also called the number back after she hung up on me when I said I was not going to pay anything and left a voicemail saying that if I get another call from them again I will take legal actions and also call the police.

this same number called me said his name was brandon norrik and told me that they had my bank overdraft in there office and wanted to know if i wanted to take care of this or pursue it in court so i went to bank to see if i had an old overdrafted account the bank confirmed and the amount brandon told me so i asked the bank if i could pay them and they said no i have to pay that company...still not sure brandon gave me the over draft dept. of the banks phone number and when i called they gave me a number on who to call and pay which wasnt brandon but when i called the number they said its not in there office and gave me a new number and that happened with 5 numbers until i finally got back to brandon. so i can say this number is legit. they sent me an email to verify i wanted to pay this and when i did they sent me another email stating paid in full and i was able to open another bank account and was taken out of chex systems. this number and company of north american holdings are real and dont play games with people

They are still up to the same old tricks ...they will call from different numbers -this is a collection agency that is very unprofessional ...and if you do a search online you will find SEVERAL complaints and lies they tell ..and they curse out people and threaten them ...they leave automated messages pretending to be a package delivery company and want you to PRESS 1 to veryify your address ....(this is illegal practice) they have also called and left auto messages saying a legal document had been "returned" to them and they need to verify our address before resending it (lies!-illegal) ...luckily I had googled the numbers before pressing 1 and found out they were bad news ----unfortunately my husband answered one today and hit 1---..The man pretended to be from the bank ...stating that a $5 OVERCHARGE at BB&T ..that my husband refused to pay (as he was paying monthly for account check protection to cover his account in case this ever happened) and so he refused to pay some $5 and change charge ...this man said it was over $3,000 but IF HE PAID TODAY .. he would let it go for $345 ..my husband is freaking out as this man made him think if he couldn't pay he was going to be sued and go to jail... augh nightmare!!!.

I received the same message that you are receiving from this guy.  He called me several times and left me bad message also.  These people are fraud because months ago, when I spoke with this lady who claimed to Be Jennifer Dixon, a guy picked up the phone and refused to give me the company website.  When I kept forcing him, he cursed me out.  They refused to send me proof to my mail because they do not have any important information about me.  I suggest that you sign up for identity thef to protect yourself in the futue and register your number with FTC (ftc.org)

said his name is mr. logan, works for a law firm. said i took out a payday loan for $500 five years ago. said if i didnt pay by friday i would be sued in court. threatening. would call and i would hang up; he kept calling and i would hang up. left threatening message on machine saying i "should not be playing games with him. he knows where i live and he can and will find out more about me. will send summons in one or two days."
