THEY CALLED ME SAYING IF I DON'T HAVE THE MONEY PAID BY A CERTAIN TIME THEY WILL HAVE ME IN COURT OM MONDAY MORNING THEY SAID BY AUGUST 24,2011. THEY KEEP CALLING HOW CAN I FIND OUT IF THEY ARE REAL OR NOT. WHEN ASKED FOR THE PAPER WORK OR FAX ME SOMETHING THEY SAYING IF WE DO IT WILL GO TO COURT. WHEN YOU CALL THE NUMBER THEY ANSWER LIKE REAL BUSINESS PEOPLE. THEY ARE REAL HARASSING  PEOPLE. IF YOU CAN'T FAX ME ANY PAPER WORK OR E-MAIL ME ANYTHING THEY ARE NOT REAL.

Recv'd a call From Randy Schreiber from Robert James and associates.  Told me there was a case filed against me regarding a payday loan in Richmond County. I told him to email the paperwork regarding this case and also email me the original loan documents.  Well the following day I get an email from MCruz at Robert James and Associates (letter states that it is a letter of balance due) in the letter it states that I agreed to pay Robert James and Associates 752.00 by May 23, 2011.  I never agreed to anything....What I want is original loan paperwork or copy of case that was filed sent to my home.  Until I receive proper papers from this company and if everything checks out with my Lawyer it will be taken care of.  Until then they have another thing coming...They also need to stop harassing me at work and home----no need for that...When they send me what I am requesting we will speak them unil them I'm not talking.  I made this very clear to the through phone and emails....What dont they understand...Do you job and send paperwork.  Or maybe its because this  ROBERT JAMES AND ASSOCIATES IS  FULL OF S***...I think that is the real issue.....ITS ALL A SCAM

Got a call from Tom Waterhouse; claimed to be from Robert James & Assoc.  That I was the primary contact for XYZ (used my last name as the common name) and who had a Civil lawsuit case number of A30813.  I knew enough that this was one of those unwanted or crank call; my response was COLD and very undisturbed by his BS threatening.  He must feel and know I wasn't crumbling.  He hung up.  But, just less than a minute later, I received the same b*****d calling me on my cellphone.

got a call from john myer, at robert james and associates. he refered to a case # from carlton county in mn,.. after call.. i went to the mn judical branch and there are no cases against myself tht match the case number he had given me.. this guys a scam artist..

says I had payday loan from 2008. Gave a court case # A11043 in rockingham county. Called court and there is no such case # and that is not even the way the case #'s are done.
