Call your States Attorney General instead. The police won't do anything. It's regarding a payday loan that you may or may not have taken out. TRUST ME! They call relatives and references. If you did take out a payday loan, DO NOT pay this company. The debt was sold. You are in the clear! :-)

They CANNOT legally collect in any state besides NY legally. Even if you did take the payday loan, the company you borrowed the $ from sold your debt for. 03 cents on the dollar. Also, this is NOT on your credit report thus not affecting you whatsoever! PLEASE trust me on this. I believe I read above that "papers were going to be served if not paid. LMAO!!!! NEVER HAPPEN!!!! EVER!!! If you don't believe me, then go ahead and throw away your money. Better yet, send it to me. I'll produce a paid in full letter for you stating you paid $800 for the specific debt for $25. Reply to this post and I'll tell you whatever you wanna know. OHHHHH RECORD THEM AND CATCH THEM IN AN FDCPA VIOLATION AND GET $1,000 FOR EACH LIE

This is the worst collections agency out there. They only pay $8 per hour on A FEE SCHEDULE!!!!! Average fee on 2009 debt is 37%!!! Too many hands in the pot (too many investors) Daily dialer ran so you never get a chance to collect on your own file. Only remove bad #'s until you leave. Their turn over rate is about 20+ employees a month MINIMUM! You can make more $$ collecting bottles and cans.

Same $hit, different day, different scammer. Got this robo call and I've been getting this $hit for 3 years from hundreds of scammers because my info was stolen, hacked or sold from a pay day loan. IT's A SCAM! Report them to the FTC!! FEEP DOING IT!  Oh... NO ONE calls you to tell you papers are being delivered. Man, that's a weak front. If you did something bad enough, they would want to surprise you. They would NEVER give a notice. This trick here was to scare you into thinking someone is really going to show up at your job or home. Yeah, and monkeys are going to fly out my buttt. Oh and it's called a SUBPOENA. You will never get one...because they're NOT REAL! Do not call them do NOT give out ANY information over phone! This is PHISHING. If a 'human' in stead of a robo call, calls and speaks to you, just tell them to send the subpoena. They want an address... GIVE THEM ONE... AN ATTORNEY's ADDRESS! Trust me, they ain't sending it so you won't be billed by an attorney. Remember FTC!!!!! Report it! Oh, I LOVE their NAME... SOUNDS LIKE A F***ing HARDWARE STORE!!! LMFAO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Who is using this number?

I also did a google search  and this is a cell phone not even a landline  that has to say something  they can not be traced   it is from Buffalo New York

caller from this number stated they were  a trace company and were going to send someone to my home and place of employment and deliver papers that needed to be signed   if I did not return the call with in 3 hours. It was a recorded message......  This is odd......  and I have no clue what this could pertain to  if there is something of this importance out there why would I not recieve something via mail ?  I did not return the call but was advised to call the police  this is clearly harrasement

I got that same call on my cell phone yesterday. I checked my voicemail and there was a guy on there. I didn't catch what the guy said his name was, where he was calling from. All I did catch was that he was sending a carrier to deliver papers for me, if I didn't call back within the next 3 hours, they were going to send the person to my home and my work place. Sounds odd to me, being that he didn't repeat my address back to me or the name of the place where I work. Since this was yesterday I recieved the call, he has not called back and noone has come to my home or my office. I've been racking my brain as to why he would be calling me, and what papers I need to sign. Nothing comes to mind, so I am guessing this is a scam of some sort.
