The same woman called me yesterday threatening me the same thing that criminal charges would be filled against me on a debt that I had already taken care of and another "firm" called today from NY.

"Vanessa Williams" called, representing herself as an investigator with UDM Attorneys. BS. A few months ago we received threatening calls from another Buffalo NY number, similar garbage from some mumbly fellow who assured my husband that he knew EXACTLY what he was referring to and became quite verbally abusive and profane. My husband told him to well-shove it, and we hadn't had any more problems until today. What next? Change our phone number?

DO NOT PAY ANYTHING!!! TO THIS COMPANY!!! Its a scam...Ask for badge number...I just got ripped off by this company!!!! I had to get a lawyer to get my money back...

It's called basic English grammar-we all learn it in the 3rd grade here in America-so when you come on these sites posing as an American, please have someone with an education check your grammar and spelling.  Also, Alisha is sort of a real name as is Mary but they really don't go together (they're also both first names dumbf^&*k), so again, get someone with any sort of education to help you with a more realistic sounding fake American name.

These people are bold. I was a bill collector for 10 years and I will tell you that no company can call the sheriff and have you brought to court over a payday loan! Their tactics break every rule of the Fair Debt Collections Practices Act 1974 that there are. Don't pay them! Report every call!

A scam...I was told I had to go to court to because  a" john doe" had me down as a reference and i was to testify against him...after I had called I had a friend call and my friend gave them a wrong 4 last 4 digits of his SS#. Of course he gave the wrong numbers and the women said they were right..
  I feel bad for the elderly  who have to endure this crap from scammers. She was rude to my friend also ..as far as money I think my buddy said somthing about that. I have the vocie mail from her i wish this site had a place to up load what she left.  her "Number"

This company is a total scam!!!  They called me telling me right off the bat that I was a named defendant in a case and that I was being sued for 3 counts of fraud.  The bi*** on the other end of the line did tell me the last 4 digits of the social security number - which were wrong!  I told her that I had been contacted about this matter before and she rudely said "I'm trying to help you buddy!"  Total bi***!

Here's what everyone needs to do about this scamming company.  Go to your State's website.  Each and every State, through it's Attorney General's Office, should have something called a Consumer Protection Division or something like that.  Usually you can report companies like this Scamming Bi*** directly to them and they will investigate the matter on your behalf.  Let's get this company shut down!

I ALSO RECEIVD A CALL FROM 7162475247 MS SMITH WAS RUDE TO BEGIN THE CALL. AFTER I HEARD ALL OF THE DETAILS I WAS NOT PARTICULARLY HAPPY WITH HER "CUSTOMER SERVICE" WAYS BUT DID REALIZE I DID GET MYSELF INTO SOME TROUBLE WITH THESE RIP OFF PAYDAY LOANS. THANKFULLY SHE GAVE ME A SETTLEMENT TO TAKE CARE OF THIS BC I CANNOT AFFORD TO BE GARNISHED AGAIN! THIS NUMBER DEF. HAD ME VERY UNEASY UNTIL I DID MY INVESTIGATION ON THEM, ND THEY SENT ME A LETTER PROVING THE PAYDAY LOAN I TOOK OUT A COUPLE YEARS BACK. IM JUST GLAD I GOT IT OVER WITH.

I got a call from this number today as well. She said her name was inv Jillian Smith and even called some other people they may have been linked to me telling them I would be arrested for a felony very nasty Lady.

I also recieved a phone call from 716-247-5247. She never left the name of her company and she threating to have me arrested if I didn't pay something down.

Recieved calls from this number threaten to have me arrested. Stated that I could onlytake of this over the phone, would not sendany documentation.
