We too received a message from a suspicious "David O'Niel" with a call back number and case number.  He implied that there was pending legal action and "his call better be returned ASAP". Our attorney directs as follows..."if you don't recognize it....don't return it!"   SCAM!!!

Same thing as on left on my voicemail. Believe he is affiliated with lighthouse recovery service as they left a message from similar number. They are a fraudulent "collection agency".

OMG!! I just got the EXact same phone call from the same man saying the same thing about my sister!!!! Do you know anything more about it? IS it a scam?

Just received a phone call from a man saying he was David O'Neal with the Processing Group in the prekegal department stating he has some info pending on his desk so I hung up on him because I don't have anything outstanding.  So he calls back again and I sent him to my voicemail he leaves a message to say who he is and states that I must be unaware of the situation and he wanted to give me time to resolve the issue before he makes his own decision and I need to call him back before November 27th.  After listening to that message I texted that phone number back and said you are a scam and if you call me again I will report you.

Just received a call from this number, saying he was David O'Neal with National Processing Group in the pre-legal department.  He originally stated that he was calling for employment verification on an employee.   The employee is no longer with our company.  He insisted that someone here would know a phone number to get in touch with this employee.   He asked me to try to call the ex-employee at the last known number.  He said it was an issue pending in the county and he was with the pre-legal department.  He went on to state that he has 72 hours to make a determination on this person's behalf and that upon further investigation, he did not think that this individual was aware of the issue.  He left me with his name, phone # and a file #.  I told him I could not promise that I could get in touch with the previous employee and he hung up on the call.  Just wanted others to know to be wary.
