I got a call from them also stating the same thing... telling me if I don't pay them 265 or something like that then I will have to get papers sent to me at home or work.... I kept telling them that I would need some paperwork like where I owe them this and all this other info.... they never could provide me anything except for something they typed out on their own.

Yeah my daughter got the same message from a lady name Andrea Smith. She has an accent. Said someone turn in a file for a collection case. She left a case file number. I asked my daughter did she owe anybody any money she had not paid and she said no.

no you will not receive the summons-its all a scam! beware they are trying to get us to fall for it and i have gotten two calls and i just tell them where to go! pay them nothing and if you get the name of the payday company they say you owe too-google it and let that company know what is going on. they take the numbers and turn them over to their lawyers.

I got the same message. There was a lady named Andrea Smith who called me back and wanted me to verify my SSN. I didn't confirm any information. She stated that she would send a summons to me. She told me there was a complaint filed against me. She never told me the name of a company and became rude when I asked her to do so and said I needed to verify my SSN before she could give me any more information on the complaint. Call was ended.

I also recieved the same phone call and I was real worried because, they sad I made some fradulent claim from a payday co. called Comnet.

pretty much the same message that primrose got. saying about a complaint about me. I MUST call back within 24 hours or have my attorney call or they will do a summons. They name of the person is Sarah, but no company name, and no information about the complain.
