Performed a Records Check on Omni Mediation and they have never prosecuted anyone in my state per the State Court System and they have a summons they do not wanted served to them they have been avoiding service for months. Judge has stated hiding from service will cause bigger issues they know about the lawsuit but no answer per attorney or the owner or employees.   This is a Federal Judge saying this so if Michael Gie and his company was so upstanding in our country that summons would have been served as he has stated in past posts people are scum bags they need to pay their bills so does the company he works for and answer the summons for Federal Court if they have nothing to hide and working within Federal debt collection laws then go to Court and prove your business ethics are not questionable and bad ethics. Michael Gie is probably part owner of the company as well silent owner he is hiding behind someone else...anyone can google the court case and their local court records as well can prove all the facts here that I have shared.......let the first person without sin cast the first stone and the stones that Omni Mediation cast as well as Michael Gie have sin wrapped around all those stones......

I've been receiving call regarding the Omni group for months.  It's totally a scam.

I didn't take your advice, and called back.  The female that answered the phone diconnected us by accident, so I called again.  She told me they were looking for someone that I have never heard of.  After getting what I consider a threat on my answering machine "you must call the office today to prevent any further action", I told her that I would take action if they EVER call here again, and I wasn't joking!  Oh, and the above mentioned female could not have been any LESS professional.  I guess good help is hard to find!

I received a phone message at my place of work telling me,

"This is not a sales or marketing call. You are being contacted from the office of Investigator Craig of the Omni group. You must contact the office today to prevent any further action. Press 1 now to connect to our office or call 716-312-1818 or toll free 888-551-5070."

After reading several reviews of this number from unwanted phone call or fraud websites, I have discovered other's unfortunate communication and frustration with the "Omni Mediation Group" telling them they have a bounced a check, some several years ago and that they would need to pay that money immediately or face criminal charges and go to jail. I have not and will not call this number back to indulge this so called company in stealing my money or my identity. Protect yourself people! Report these frauds to the Federal Trade Commission!

We have received many calls from this number for a person with a similar last name as ours.  How do we make them stop calling us?

I have been receiving calls from this number.  When you answer, they say that it's not a crank call and you need to listen.  They say to contact Detective *(*&^&$*) {you can't understand his name} to prevent further action.

If you do call this number back, they give you a menu to choose from, yet when you push it, no one answers.

I reported this number to the attorney general's office in my state.

I have been getting calls for weeks from this number, 716-312-1818 and 678-205-8825. One says he is a detective coleman and gives the name and social cecurity number of the person he is trying to reach. Problem is, my number is a new cell phone number and I am not the person they are looking for stating I am the defendent in a case. I called the first time and ask for the detective, told him he had the wrong number and a woman called today from a place she called omni group. I told her she had the wrong number and the wrong person and she was very rude, kept saying "your". I told her no your about it it was not me. I do not know these people, do have a judgement filed against me and the social security number is not mine. People get new cell phones every day, I registered mine phone on the gov/ do not call list. Both numbers that called me actually gave out a persons reall name and social security number right on the phone, shouldn't that be illegal??

If they are calling about a bounced check is that even a debt under the law? Contact your local District Attorney and ask what the penalty is for bouncing checks and what is or is not Legal!!! Take responsibility for your actions people, I'm sure if you truly want to resolve the situation they will work with you.
