This Barone guy wouldn't be Bill Barone the hophead phone hack from Pompano Beach, would he?  This guy is a pill popping punk who doesn't even know what planet he's on.  Between him & his buddy Ronnie Schlom they must do at least 200 oxys a week. He tries to talk tough but back him into a corner and he will cower & cry like the bi*** that he is.

I got a call from Marshall Barone he called from a private number said he works for United Processing would deliver a letter to me on Friday if I didn't contact ACP and resolve this problem.  

I got scammed out of $800 I supposebly owed fr a payday loan

"Marshal Barone" certainly is *not* "legit".  He's with United Processing, a scam company from Jacksonville, FL, that is on the run itself from numerous State lawsuits for a variety of causes.  He's a boiler-room collection agent who'll end up broke and in prison.  He made a call this very day to a woman I know who's brother is an actual United States Marshal, and I expect "Marshall Barone" or the woman who owns UPC will not be calling too many more folks, they don't allow it from jail.

I just got this call yesterday from this Marshall character. I called the number and told them I never had a payday loan and I'd see them in court. He claimed he would be here today between 4 and 5 pm to serve me my papers. It is now 5:30 pm here and no Marshall Barone here yet. The number he left for me to call back was 713-893-4340

He called from 8554014564 extra 1023 and also from a private number, stating maybe it was an oversight or my bank made a mistake.....I ignore it because of identity theft

I just received a telephone call fromthe same guy stating the same thing basically and claiming he was an attorney.  I could not find him listed as an attorney in any state and I told him not to ever call me again.  The difference is he tried to say I wrote a bad check and that he could trace subpoena bank records which I know he cannot do.

Your a con and need to be exposed for your fraudulent actions.

I had the same experience with this Marshall Barron character and he tried to sound aggressive and leave a voice mail saying that I owed some company money for a bounced check (which I know is totally untrue). He said he was calling from a law collection company and I would be charged with fraud if I did not contact him. Please, everyone knows that if you are to be charged with a crime the county that you live in will send you notification of such actions. Nobody will ever call you on the phone trying to work a deal with you, you will then report to the county court and handle things that need to be taken care of. So just a fare warning, this is obviously a scam and I hope this person and the people working with him get caught!

I REPORT THE CALL TO THE FBI, ANY CALL WILL WE SERCH.

this marshall barone was legit&i did owe the money and he helped me out big bye removing half of what i owed..he also helped a friend of mine that had same payday sort of loan and he wasnt threatening at all..we both got our paid in full letters&were able 2 get more loans a couple days later.seems like you others are trying to get out of paying your bills.because he was a very nice guy to myself and wife&also friend who also had debt with them.

This guy "Marshall Barone" called my place of employment twice...talk about embarrassing. So I decided to call the number back and hr proceeded to tell me that a police officer was coming to arrest me at work...he told me I had a loan from cashnetUSA and that it would be 1900 dollars just for the attorney fees...I told him he had the wrong person and my lawyer would be contacting him. He got angry and started telling me again that he would send police after me right now. I Hung up on him and he didn't call back.

This guy identified himself as Marshall Barone to me. He called my home and left a voicemail saying I was being charged with wire fraud and attempt to defraud for bad checks, for a payday loan I received from CashNetUSA that was in default. He seemed very concerned and eager to help me resolve the matter, otherwise if I couldn't send him money right away he claimed I will be served "sealed documents" at my home or place of employment. That the initial amount I owed on the loan ($1,200) was now $1,800 and if I don't allow him to help me (which he claimed to be able to lower amt back to 1,200) that I would end up owing $5,000 and have a judgement against me with wage garnishment. He asked if I could send him at least $600. I said I don't have that money, he then stated " well if you can send me $200 within 24 hours I can stop the documents from going out, then you can split the other amount to me in 2 equal payments." This guy calls me every single day several times a day. I was terrified at first. He also called from 716-312-4137.

He says he is Marshall Cooper and he is very threatening.  He is a bill collector.
