I have been getting exact same messages. They refuse to send any written documentation. What lawyer does not sent written demand requests?? All the threats to have police and sheriff come to work or home ...how do they get away with it???

Several voices messages stating that a 15 page court packet would be delivered to my home or work place..They went on to say that they needed to discuss page 6 with me prior to my court date, Then the next messages state that I had refused to sign for this packet and they would persue asset verification prior to my court date, This male voice states he is Jon Nichols from the law offices of Nicols and grant. I researched no law office by that name.

This number call me today around 4pm and left massage saying that they will take me to court for internet

I keep getting calls from this number and sveral others.  John Nichols from the firm of Nichols and Grant about page 12 of the documents that were delivered to work or home and the upcoming court date.  The calls now are saying I refused the documents and they are looking tor assets in my name.  In searching the other numbed I've received calls from I have read similar stories.  No one delivered any papers.  They are not a law firm.  They will not give out their address or information.  They even went so far as to tell me the police were on their way to pick me up the one time I did answer.  This was supposedly regarding a loan taken out online.  I have never taken out a loan online .  These people are a collection agency and are trying to scare people into paying whether you owe money or not.  Everyone needs to report them to the attorney general's office in your state if you are receiving calls.

got a message from this number saying that i been charged of fraud of possession , stolen goods and services, and check fraud as well. that their is a law case open against me , the caller name was Tony Wilson and that i have to call him back ASAP. he even said my four social. i called next day to clarify what happened ,  another person picked up the phone named Steven Goldman  to continue the conversation , that i have been charged from some credit company  i have to pay right away , the amount of $6400 , i said that i never had such balance, he went down quickly to $2900 and then to 1580. asking for my credit cart number or banking account. i told him that i never received any written letter from you, the answer was that it is very good, we glad to reach you over the phone. but i still asking for some written documents about this settlements and i am not going to give any  information without it. he was refusing at first to give me any letter, saying that i will receive conformation after i pay. than i started to ask him  where his firm is located and over the sudden he agrees to send me a letter tomorrow. will see what is gonna happen.
