Depends what state you're calling from. This is a scam and you should call your local area agency on aging to make a report of medicare fraud/abuse. If you are on the national "do not call" list  you can contact the Federal Trade Commission "Contact the Federal Trade Commission. According to the FTC, contacting people who are registered with the National Do Not Call Registry is a direct violation, and the FTC will follow up with all complaints logged. To file a consumer complaint, victims should call 877-382-4357.

I get calls from this number 3-5 times per week. He claims to be from medicare. He always asks to talk about our medicare ( that we don't have)
He advises me that I do have it because I am over 65. I am getting so frustrated with this company.
I have threatened to report him to authorities. and he said  he will take us off the call list. I told him  it is too late, he crossed the line. NOW who do I tell it too. LOL
I am so embarrassed!
