Jessica Brown called me then transferred me to Andrew Williams. He proceeded to harass me saying that he would tell them to go ahead and take legal action. I was given no name of the company, nor did they tell me the call was being recorded of customer quality and training purposes. Anyways I looked it up on my credit report. Turns out I do owe a debt, but I found the company that owns it. I plan to call them tomorrow to get everything straightened out. I unfortunately gave Andrew Williams my card information. Hopefully it doesn't go through until I talk to the other agency. Everyone pay your debts, these people target people that have had debt in the past, also always keep an eye on your credit report!

Streamline Collection contacted me on a debit my daughter failed to pay in a timely manor. My first thought was OMG....but after talking to Andrew and his reassurance that this could be handled over the phone made it easier to do.  He even gave me time to call my daughter to make sure this debt was hers.   I then called him back and paid her outstanding balance. My concern was giving my credit card info to a collection agency and I went on my bank website, saw the charge to my account and was fine with it all. Andrew then emailed me a letter of receipt closing her account.

He was very helpful, compassionate and far from rude as I had assumed all collection agencies were...It was my first experience with one and Andrew made it a positive experience under the circumstances.

Maybe you should be the one to GET A JOB, that way you can pay your bills instead of borrowing money that you don't pay back.  Do you also go into stores and "borrow" food for you and your family.

They called me about a case supposedly filed against me.  didnt give me a company name, just said they needed to speak to me and by federal law they have to notify me before they persue.  Andrew williams, was his name.  These are people who are out to collect money on payday loans.  they use scare tactics, which is illegal.  They are Scam artists....dont answer their calls....they somehow get all kinds of family members information and phone numbers and call them too.  I dont know how but they do.  They called my mother in law in a different state...GET A GRIP MR ANDREW WILLIAMS..YOU ARE PLASTERED ALL OVER THE INTERNET AS A SCAMMER...GET A REAL FREAKIN JOB!!

These people have been calling me about some sort of loan that I supposedly took out. They got me the first time for $549 because they threatened me to file a lawsuit against me in my county, but the calls haven't stopped. All of a sudden, I don't know how, but they got my mother's number and harassed her about the same thing. Here's what's shocking, some how, some way, they called my brother, whom I haven't spoken a single word to in about 10 years about the same issue, how the heck are these people doing this? This is crazy and its starting to creep me out.

You can contact the Federal Trade Commission and file a complaint with them so that they can investigate them. By law no collection agent can threaten you with legal action.  Do not give them any person information. DO NOT CALL THEM BACK EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

ANDREW OR ANDY WILLIAMS IS A SCAM ARTIST AND A FAGIT TOO. HE IS CALLING FROM A PREPAID OR INTERNET PH WITH A CALLER ID OF JEANETTE KALISH. THEY CALL USING DIFFERENT NAMES AND PHONES NUMBERS. THIS IDIOT SAYS HE IS FROM THE SANTA CLARA COUNTY DISTRICT ATTORNEY OFFICE BUT WANTS ME TO CALL HIM AT A 716 AREA CODE AND NOT A 408 AREA CODE. I REPORTED THEM TO MY LOCAL AUTHORITIES AND THEY ARE INVESTIGATING IT NOW. THESE PEOPLE ARE USING SCAMMERS AND DONT GIVE THEM NO INFO AT ALL. THEY WILL BE CAUGHT ONE DAY CAUSE YOUR LUCK DONT LAST FOREVER. LOL THESE PEOPLE HAVE NOTHING ELSE TO DO. GET A LIFE ANDREW OR ANDY.
