Thank you to everyone who put up their stories I almost got scammed put of 1760.00 but instead I did some research myself  save yourself the stress it's a SCAM amy,Kathy chow , Andrew Jackson etc.. All fake M&S recovery is fake fake fake a***oles address goes to a ups p.o box I told them to never contact me again or legal action will be taken and it's in their best interest to leave me alone BBB has an alert in their company they have yet to prove they are legit yet respond to people's complaints not the BBB website

Keeps calling, same thing, left threatening message they seized my bank accounts.  I have no bank- said they contacted my employer, I don't work!  Joke, if they were real you would be more professional and send me paperwork. Rude and unprofessional!!

Here we go again.  The same numbers that called me 2 months ago. Funny they keep saying they are going to show up. I wish they would,so I could have them arrested.  Scam Artist. I wish they would get a real job.  Anyone with any sense would know you don't leave a recorded message with a name filled in if you are trying to collect a debt. There is such a thing as Fair Debt Practices and they don't include scare tactics and verbal threats.

This company called me and said that they were a law firm and that there was going to a warrant for my arrest, but they had all kinds of information: bank accounts, SS, address, phone numbers, employment history, etc and they were very ugly.  I do not see how people can get this kind of information. They wanted money and they said that the pokice were coming to arrest me right now.  I knew it was a scam when they ugly again with me when I told them this was a hoax.  They hung up on me.  I hope that they get caught.  They called me from 716-362-8963

SCAM

They said someone had signed papers at my residence yesterday.  I work from home and my husband is disabled, so we are home all the time.  No one came to my door yesterday and asked that any papers be signed.  In fact, we had no visitors to our home yesterday.   thanks for the advice.

I felt like they were threatening me as well when they said "It is in your best interest....".   they cannot threatening you it is illegal to do so.

I just received a call from an Investigater Vernon Wells from the same #. He also left a message saying he has to verify employment and to have my attorney call him. When I called him, he was very rude to me and wouldn't let me speak. He claimed I took out a loan 4 yrs ago (which the only loan I took out was a year ago and it has already been paid off awhile ago) and I need to pay it back then he gave me an amount that was owed and a couple of minutes later he repeated the amount I owed but this time it was a different amount. I had told him to email me the info. regarding the loan I supposedly took out 4 yrs ago and he said because of confidentiality he wasn't able to. He said if I don't pay the amount in full, he will submit the paperwork to the courts and have it notarized and have paperwork delivered to my residence and place of employment so I told him I have nothing more to say to you if you are unable to send me proof or any documents showing I took out a loan back then and so I hung up. He told my dad if he doesn't have his daughter call him immediately that I will be served at my resident or place of business and I will have a lien put on my current bank acct which he could not give me that information. So I agree to the above comments, it is a scam and for someone that does not know that, they will be scammed and give these places money.

I get one to two phone calls a day, everyday. I know they are a scam have told them so but they continue to call. I would love for this to stop.

They may have a debt they are trying to collect.  Do they have a CASE against you?  Almost 100% certainly not.  And saying they do when they don't is a violation of FCPA.

This company has called my house, my cell phone and my work.  I called them back to get their name and address.  I told "Christian" who claimed to be the manager.  That I did not have a loan and wanted their address to send a written request for documents.  He hung up on me.  I called back and asked again for the address a woman rambled it so fast I didn't get the entire address.  Christian was in the background and said hang up on her.  When I said I wanted proof of the debt, Christian said I was harassing them, and started quoting some harassment law.  I told him all I wanted was the address and I was not harassing him asking for that.  He said, "Unless, you say I am no longer being a dead beat and want to pay up, then don't call back or we will charge you with harassment.  Luckily I found this site and got the address, so I will not have to deal with them after sending them a cease and desist letter.

YUP I got the same message, bunch of stupid idiots and have a very poor quality recordings, I think they need to invest in some modern equipment and find themselves a REAL job!!!!

I too have been getting these phone calls for the last couple of months about my married daughter. She had been getting them but she received a 911 text (while she was at work) Freaked her out she immediately called them back thinking something had happened to her children. They started harrassing her she told them she owed no one any money except her student loan and then went to the sheriffs office who called the number back told who he was and they immediately hung up on them. So then they started calling me. I always get a recording saying they are out and will call me back. Anybody know  if we can legally go after this company and sue them for harrassment. So tired of the calls.

I got a call with same statement above  I ignored too;   the last time they called they also had my name. still not calling. I havent receive any legal documentation @ home or @ employers office.   I am glad I was able to get on computer and find this. its reassuring that I was right not to contact them.

Received several phone calls from this company. I even called them back and had them take my number off their list, they are asking for a person I do not know.  I then get a call from them again today, freaking annoying. I call again and was put on hold instantly, hung up, called back and told them not to put me on hold, lady was rude, finally asked for my number and hopefully took it off their list... knowing them they probably signed me up for some other scam.  What a joke.

I work for a collection law firm in Florida so I am well adverse with the FDCPA and FCCA laws I got the same message on my cell phone, when I called I was told they are an arbitration company, yet the admitted they bought this so called debt I asked for proof of the debt to be emailed to me and proof of the bill of sale where they bought the debt and info from the original creditor. When I got transferred to what they call the complaint department the collector admitted they were an agency, that they arbitrate to get the money yet I dont have to pay, I asked for a letter they refused to send, I started asking all the question the collector did not want to hear he hung up. The calll are recorded as I heard the beeping noice.
I personally am having one of the attorney in my office contact them.

I called both numbers the other night and got the same message they did not ID themselves as a collection agency ( and they do not when they leave messages at my work ) I did get the same message for both numbers it says the voice mail that you have reached is full and cannot take messages for ext. #9527070 for both numbers.  I hope this helps!

They also have a recorded message that calls out and calls my job every day my employer did tell them not to call there and to take the number out and they talked to a Mrs. Jones and when I was handed the message she said it was like a theat (it would be in my best intrest to contact them) they are gonna cause me to loose my job.  and one of the recorded messages said that they need my address to serve me and left this other to call back 1-855-793-3214 jobs are to hard to find I need mine,

Just a few minutes ago I too received a voicemail from (716)362-8953. Recording indicated papers had come across their desk and it "would be in my best interest" to return the call. Sounds like a threat to me!!

Ya a family member keeps getting threating messages left on their voicmail for me. Supposidly the same co.pany with 2 different phone numbers...716-362-8953 and 855-793-3214. I moved about 2 years ago but put in a change of address with the post office...if this is official I would think they could find my address and send me something in writing...I dont even know what its for and I am not calling to find out but I thi.k I will have my family member have their lawyer call them so they wont be harrassed with the phone calls. Anyone know what this company is about...are they just a collection company trying to scare me or do they actually have case against me for someThing?

Request validation of debt and get their mailing address.  Have your attorney send letter to cease calling

Yep, Just got the same message. I did call back and they said I needed to make payment arrangements with some bank I supposedly owed or i will get served and have to go to court. I said send me to court and they tried to go down on the repayment cost. It's just a scare tactic, another scam trying to get money. Don't trust them!
