I have been gettin calls from this company saying I owe them money for a pay day loan and it's check fraud and them threading me they will serve me with paper and I'll get 5 years in prison... Received a call on my cell and at work.  Joe Watson from Gravano, Mattrey and Mayner.  Told to return call to 716-580-4755 x7012.  Said case under investigation with his office.  Left EXTREMELY personal information on both cell phone and work message...which is shared with other people and HEARD by everyone in my office.  I WILL be contacting the BBB and my attorney.  I was scammed two years ago by providing personal information on a phone call to verify that debt wasn't mine.  STUPID!  Now I am still getting harassed.  If it was a legitimate debt, paperwork would be mailed.  I have nothing outstanding and this is harassment.  I emailed a C&D letter, as well as sent a certified letter.  ILLEGAL!

Please report any violations by this company (Gravano, Mattrey &  Mayner) to the New York State Attorney General's office by calling 716-853-8404.   Please save any recordings you may have and turn them over to enforcement.

I have a friend who works in the LIPD, I alerted them and just called and used language I NOVER use and told them I was on to them. What's funny is the name on the call, Ad-Base Systems according to Bloomberg, is a legit company in Pa.

Received a call from the number above from a man name Roger. He called my cell looking for a Lauren H. (not me) Wanting to know how long I have had my cell number.

Nice try, This person clearly works for this fake law firm. If they refuse to give you any supporting documentation, it is because they dont have it to give. Never pay for anything untill you see your signature on legal documents. And even then do not give them a credit card. These scumbags will take out more than you actually owe and tell you they have the right to do so. ONLY pay by money order from the post office. If they refuse to accept that,make them explain why.
These collection firms pay people to troll around looking for posts like this one and "put in a good word"...

These scumbags called my inlaws and told my father inlaw very detailed information regarding my credit report, my credit lines,How much in debt i was,ect..Luckily for me my father inlaw recorded the entire conversation. They are only allowed to discuss details with you. I have asked for documentation and they refuse to give me any. I have actually been told that it is none of my business and that if i dont pay, they are going to take my home,car and have me arrested and thrown in jail..All of this is also recorded on tape...My suggestion is to record any and all phone calls made to/from this company. Remember each time they violate the law, it is a $1000.00 fine for each and every violation made. After I told them I had them recorded giving my inlaws the detailed info, they stopped calling..Because they knew they screwed up.

This person calls me like 5 times a day leaving me a message stating that I have a "criminal case" pending against me for a payday loan that I paid off 6 years ago.  I have all the receipts and such to prove it.  I have told him to cease and desist calling me an to contact me via the address he has for me.  I did not verify my new address because this is a bunch of horse crap.  I will be sending the voicemails he has left me to the FTC and will be contacting an attorney regarding this.  So, Greg, if you are on here, be looking for REAL legal papers to be coming to you.  Thanks and have a wonderful day!!

I recieved a call from 716-362-9154 it was concerning a loan i took out with check & Go, the guy that called explained everything to me he was very nice and didnt threaten me, i looked up there name in google and found out they were who they say they are, they ended up helping me and saved me alot of money, the whole process was smooth and comforting, My only advice is dont ever take out a payday loan, At least this agency helped me get it finally paid, Thank You !!

keep calling want me to pay them 600 bucks said i owed  money  form a check in go from a state i dont even live in. said they take my credit card and 2  payment of 169.99   they call  ask for diff name

These people that I have never heard of keep calling my phone looking for another person and making threats against this person. The first time I heard from them I had a different number, and even after changing my number they still kept calling my phone for the same person. I told them that they had the wrong number but it has not made a difference.

I just got a call from this number and this guy said that I have outstanding checks from Check-N-Go Payday loans.  I have NEVER in my life gotten a loan from check n go and this guy argued with me that there is no way someone got my information and wrote bad checks on my account.  WELL SOMEONE DID! He said that he was going to turn the information over to my County and let me dispute it in court I told him that was fine with me.  I asked him for a copy of something with my signature on it and he said I would have to fight that in court.  I am fuming right now!
