They're saying that they're part of the Ohio Department of Legal Servicing.

This company calls people as if they are a law enforcemnt agency trying to notify you of pending legal action.  They are debt collectors trying to scare you into calling them back and threaten you with legal action and even arrest.  The claim they are investigators and officers of whatever State you live in..If anyone discovers the name this company, please post it so that a complaint can be filed with the Attorney General, what they are doing is a Felony!

keep calling me saying that they were going to serve me with papers call them back and told him that I didn't know anybody by the name they were asking they repeatedly kept calling me and leaving me voicemail so it was my day off and I started calling them back every 2 to 5 minutes and kept hanging up on them I know its a waste of time there a bunch of scammers

Received a message that almost sounded like my name telling me that they would be serving Elizabeth Rosario on Monday, that she needed to have her ID, preferably a Virginia drivers license and that she should have the head of security for the company present when she was served. Seemed very odd to me that someone would notify the recipient that they would be served in advance.

I am mostly certain that this is a scam. I received a similar call from 612-808-8250. They called me Colby Wilkinson (I'm not) and told me to call the "filing party at 716-402-4650" to avoid further action. I'm certain this was a recorded message as my answering machine message identifies me by name.
Any valid caller would have recognized that mine was the wrong number they called.
They made it sound legitimate though. I paused for a moment to think if there was a real Colby Wilkinson out there who needs to get this message.

Received a call with a voicemail saying they were giving me notice of a court action in which Sheila Dody was named as a party.  I had to call the number in order to avoid further court action.  I am not the individual they named.  Not sure if it's a scam to get you to call and then charge you outrageous fees.
