It is a SCAM.  They are trying to extort money from you for a fake charge.  IF you had a problem, you would receive written documents delivered by mail or a process server.  Are you alone?? - NO!!!  There are so many of these complaints on 800notes - and many different numbers are used.  Do not be upset (and they may even make idle threats) and don't bother answering their calls.

I received a phone call from this number 716-404-4708  and the lady says that she is from the department of legal services and that I had 72 hours to call back or I would get papers from the Philadelphia county.  So I had my daughter to call to talk to them and to find out who they were and what they wanted.  My daughter called but kept getting  nothing, no one answered the phone. I had my daughter to call again on the second day still nothing and the lady called me again saying that it was her second attempt to serve me.  I don't know who they are.  Have anyone gotten a similar call from this number?
