i received a call from this number and it was BCBS with life coaching and helping get into routine and what they are offering.  No fees and they just trying to help with the resources they providing with the health insurance i have.  Not a scam.

I got a phne call from 716-407-1280 I didn't answer it so I looked up the number n saw that it was Blue Cross & Blue Shield I have Blue Cross Blue Shield insurance n they said that they weren't from them n if 716-407-1280 called me again 2 call Blue Cross Blue Shield so they can document the number n call

I think this may be ligit - BCBS Health Coach wanted to re-up, or just enlist, members into health coaching. HOWEVER the caller is doing a terrible job in presentation, all they need to do is leave a message stating the reason for the call. I don't think this is telemarketting.

Caller ID as 716 407 1280   Health Intergrat.  Whatever that is. Message said she was an engagement specialist and was calling based on my request for information, which for the record, I never requested. Another scam. Said to call 1 888 614 0560 if I needed to talk to a coach. Yeah right.

It's blue cross blue shield. They had called me a few times prior, I didn't answer and they didn't leave a message. When I answered the lady said she's an engagement specialist?
