Received repeated calls from this number. I said hello, hello, than a recording come on stating "goodby"

I get calls all the time from this number...when I pick up a computer voice says, Goodbye" and disconnects.

The DNC List is much like a lock on your door - it keeps the honest merchant  from annoying you. However, if a burglar really wants to get into your house - he will find a way. I have caller ID - so I don't answer any calls from telephone numbers that I do not recognize. If they do not leave a voice message - it is very likely a scam artist or a wrong number. Either way - I'm not going to waste my time with idiots. Besides, if you answer the phone they then know you are a live potential  and they will hound you forever - or maybe sell your number to another scam artist. Live with it folks - I smile every time my phone rings because I know they have wasted their time and money calling me. Even Robo Callers will eventually stop calling you if you are not profitable. By the way, my voice mail greeting only says: "You have reached (XXX) - XXX - XXXX . please leave your name - your number- and a brief message - I'll get back to you when I can. Works for me...

They continuously keep calling my number and leaving voice messages, repeating my name and then the party hangs up.

Please file an FCC complaint. It is a company that is trying to get your personal details and submit them to the auto insurance companies for a fresh quote.

FCC form 1088 is available online. This number needs to be blocked for sure. it is so annoying. they call everyday in spite of me requesting them (in a very nice way) to remove my number from their list.

Yes, received this call from 716-408-0382 and let it go to voice mail. They did not leave a message. Curiosity got the best of me, so I called back. The guy that answered just said, "Yes, did you receive a call from us?" I said I must have dialed a wrong number and he hung up before I even finished talking. Folks, beware of scammers such as these!

Called again this am im on the west coast and they still didnt pickup. If my call is SO important why can't I talk to someone.

Called my number twice today.  Called them back and I listened to music for 15 minutes. Then they said goodbye.

They called my cell phone twice and I'm in Asia at the moment.  They must be fortunate I did not pick up any of their calls, or their phone bill would be niiiiiiice to look at. I don't pick up unknown numbers.  Time to forward this one to my VM if they keep calling.

Auto Insurance --- they call 3x a day - I called back and got someone from "Express Solutions" trying to get me a lower rate - told them to stop calling and he said they would - fingers crossed.

Lol picked up this number and said Hello, And got a robo voice that only said 'Goodbye'
