Mr. Domiseli Says they are from ERS legal in New York and if I want to take care of problem voluntarily to call this number.  have no Idea what it's about  brand new phone number.  still have old phone number but never got this call on it.

they pulled our credit report, got our checking account number, and debited it...in process of filing lawsuit right now

"josh domagala"  called and said he's with Bank of America.  that "WE" owe several thousand that he would offer a settlement.  Funny, but just pulled credit report, there is no such debt.

josh called here and said he was from pre-legal elite company and when i asked what it was for he wouldn't even tell me what the debt was that needed paid. he also called my neighbor to get a hold of me. is he allowed to even do that?
