Some guy named Robert Hammer called from this number saying that he was from American Coradius International, he just called and threatened me that if I do not take the 15% Settlement by the end of the month of December on my Citi-Bank Mortgage, regarding my $419,000.00 mortgage debt that is outstanding, that me and my family will be out on the street by New Years Eve. He also said a comment about how it is cold in Pennsylvania. He hopes we find a new place by then. Said the Sherriff will be at my home by 8am on the 31st. Can they do this? I called Citi-Bank and they told me they can no longer help me and that this matter is being handled by ACI. Man called from 716-418-7200, 716-418-7205, 716-418-7211 and 716-418-7212, 716-418-7195, 716-418-7194. They call 3-4 times from different numbers every single day but Sunday.

These parasites are zombie debt collectors, they buy junk debts from 4,5,6 years ago that is legally uncollectable and try to get you to pay something which is legal but cannot file a lawsuit because the laws of the States specifically state that it is past the statute of limitations. I compare them to maggots who feed off dead things. If they call you and your debt is past the collection timeframe tell them to cease and desist from calling or you'll sue them under the FDCPA they'll know what that means. Ge their address and send a certified letter requesting they stop or get sued.

It appears that the Buffalo area, Amherst, Tonawanda etc,  is a breeding ground for these scumbags. I guess with all the snow they have people stay inside and make calls and when some unsuspecting mark gets scared they pay them. It's a number game for these cretins. I would tell them to do something that is often biologically impossible if you get my drift.

they have been calling me for one year asking for a girl named Karen trying to sell meds when told that this is not her number they ask me if I would like some meds I have asked to talk to a manager and asked them to take my number off their list. yet the calls keep coming. I blocked their number so they call from other numbers here is a list
