A step child that i never knew because i have been divorced from her father for over twenty years. Wait for it, it gets worse. My step childs husband has the highest security clearance for anyone possible. Air Force One.  Imagine his surprise when they called. He' s never even met me. How is It they can call him? Why not just call me or send me information.  They work harder not smarter. They are Bully Scammers that's why! MF's need to be arrested and punished.

wanting personal infromation, are they a scam??

Automated message stated they had info regarding my social security number which immediately raised an eyebrow. Reluctantly I pressed pound becacause I wanted to know. This guy then answers the phone and I let him have it calling me with what I felt was a scam talking of my social. Needless to say he hung up when I told him If you got a case send the summons in the mail and don’t ever call this number again which by the way is not tied into my social anyway nor have I used it to apply for credit HMMMM!!! Any who watch out they figured I would get scared and start talking some people might but be cautious there are ways to inform a person of a pending case and automated machines aint one of them........

I had seen this number come out twice on my caller id and finally answered at 8pm cst it was the same automated system and I was scared so it told me to wait so i waited for about 5 mins then they hung up then called back them they hung up again I called and it says that it is the law office of Jason Jay Evens then they transferred me and again and another voice mail. This is not good. Of course mine is also spotless but i just wanted to call to see what and who would answer to

same thing... this is the 3rd mysterious number i've received this week.  716-446-1070... 860-285-8583....313-924-7021....  how many more am i going to get?  i think i will just make my voice message really long so they get impatient.  idiots.

Unknown caller called me about 9pm, saying they were the social security office and to press "9" if the name they gave was me.  I was put on hold, figuring this to be a scam, I hung up.

What a joke these people are.  I had the same situation as Hank, but since I know my credit is spotless I didn't even bother talking to them.  These kind of people should be locked up in a foreign prison.

The number that is calling me is 716-651-0355.  I blocked my # and called them back and they answer the phone "Evans Law Associates".  However, Robert Kelly does not live in my residence and I do not know Robert Kelly.  I went through this for three years with Allied Interstate asking for Robert Kelly, now this Evans Law Associates is doing the same harassment.  I have told the caller, "you have the wrong number", but the calls still continue.  I had to file two complaints w/the PA Attorney General's Office to make Allied Interstate stop calling for Robert Kelly.  I will be filing a complaint

I tried to make arrangements with them but they keep calling with the same thing. This morning lady told me if I didnt have a job that I should go to Mcdonalds or Burger King and get a job. So I guessI"m supposed to work just to pay them. I can't count living expenses. "I told them to send me something in the mail so I could send payments and she said they don't have to agree to anything I request.The only reason I called was because they were calling someone who isn't even a contact for me.He was very rude and didn't let me talk. So should I send money to them or try contacting the company that has the complaint?

What if a person has losted their job and barely able to survive on what they make?

What if that person is sick with a terminal illness?
