Well funny how there is always a response on here that always pretty much sounds the same after someone says this is a scam.. Had fun reading all of these, also to the people who had lawyers. Learn how punctuate and capitalize your run on paragraphs please, you're showing you're ignorance and I would bet money on it you work for these scam artists.

yea i got a call from this number.  turns out they had they wrong number.  yay for me.....boo for you.

Wow, is this where all the losers go to network and figure out how to evade their bills?  I hear you GARY i totally care about my credit.  Also, my father is an attorney and he assured me if they had done something wrong or were not legit, I could have sued them.  But they didnt.  I just paid back the loan, got it reduced cheap, and settled.  Why risk court or looking over your shoulder?  Also, my dad said, it costs them less than $50 to take us to court in our areas.  Good luck to everyone here, i'd pay up.

check your credit report u dumb schmuck, oh wait you probably dont care because you are a degenerate scumbag.  these people didnt pull our names outta hats.  lol my lawyer called them you clown. you think my lawyer is in on it?  wow how elaborate.  you are a tool, who doesnt pay their bills.  i need my credit to buy a house, live life, etc.  why would i want a lien, judgement, or wage garnishment?  FYI my lawyer called there and got my entire balance reduced to the loan i had taken out.  If they would have been a scam my lawyer would have eaten them up.  period.  also i'd stop bragging that nothing has happened to you yet.  I have a good mind to call them and tell them to check their database for a mattc and tell them what ur spreading all over the net. hopefully they'll pursue you sooner.  my friend got collection calls once, they said they would pursue further action,  and 10 months later he found his a** in court explaining himself over 1100.  in the end it cost him like over 2 grand.

They are a scam, do not be threatened.. Every threat they have made against me has been empty and yet to be fulfilled, they just want your money.

I tried to dodge these people forever but in the end they had all my info.  I did take the loan out, it's just I was broke at the time and couldn't pay it back.  I guess i liked that they didnt judge me. I tried to ignore them at first,  but they send you paperwork saying that the problem isn't going away.  They even had all my new info. I dunno, they helped wipe all my interest from 09 so im happy as I can be.

Just got a few calls like this, same amount, same year, don't remember taking out any money, threatened me with court , was just wondering if anyone had any updates about this

the best part is fallow gamboge and brown is not the names of lawyers, as you would think since its a law firm, but fallow, gamboge, are both SHADES OF THE COLOR brown. Yeah, doesnt sound legit to me, especially since the only mention of them through the BBB is a nasty complaint

yea it totally sux but they are legit, check em out, look em up.  they do try to get ur money payment low 4 u, but if you ignore them or are crazy they will nail ya to a wall.  I had my family friend who is a lawyer call them and they verified all my info, now i gots to pay him and them.....sux i shoulda just chilled :(

we also recieved the same call and info...does anyone know for sure if its a scam...they scared me and i gave them my debit number over the phone but it is a pre paid debit so they cant take money out unless i add it on, but dont know what to do..

LOL THIS SITE IS TOO FUNNY.  I showed my cousin all you idiots who think this place is a scam.  You should truly call him and let him tell you about the judgement that they slapped him with.  He said they were mad cool and helpful and was tellin him that he owed some loot.  He said he didnt recall the loan they talked about but then he later admitted that he totally did take it it out.  He ignored them for 6 months thinkin he was good until court paperwork showed up from the eastern district of michigan showing that the payday loan place was trying to put a lien on him and his property.  hahah that dude gets all his checks garnished now.  GOOD LUCK TO Y'ALL.  they have your bank account info STUPIDS.  HAHAHA

I got the SASME EXACT phone call and given the SAME exact details that you described. I am thinking it is a scam for sure. I never took out a loan with money and more, they also said it was the same exact amount that you stated as well!!!!!!!!

Yes I just got a call from the same place today. They also said I took a loan out and then closed my bank account and that is fraud. They also said I wrote a bad check out and I told them I don't even have a checking account. They said I took the loan out on aug 21. 2008. They also said they are taking me to court for this.

I received a call from this number but it came through as a private number they are claiming I took out a loan with money and more which I've never heard of they claim I took this loan out on 04/10/2008 and they claim it was for $507.50 the guy that left me a message he name was jason and the phone number he gave me to call was 866-677-2510 for a fallow, gamboge and brown. I truly believe this is a scam the person I talk to their was sandra baliey ph#866-677-2510 x 3 has anyone else rcvd a call like this.
