this number keeps calling for the previous owner of my number
i have called the number back (they asked i respond to) numerous times and most times i wait on hold for ten plus minutes only to be told this mail box is full. i did however get ahold of the female voice that is on the recorded phone answering system. this voice was an exact match to the voice recorded. she was VERY RUDE and told me my number would be taken off the list and hung up on me. I'm still be pestered by this collection agency even though i told them i do not know the person they seek and my number is brand new!! im so fustrated with this POS collection agencey harrassing me!!

yes i am getting this call constantly. Usually I dont answer and they leave a voice mail. I don't answer unless I recognize the number these days. This time i decided to answer, know it was them. But the same recording that is in my voice mail. Thanks for all your in put.

Ross Klein Capital Management is a suspicious company.
This company has been calling me for some time now. I returned their call to get the lowdown on the account they have on file for me and I got a bunch of red flags.
1. They are trying to collect on an account that I have paid off over a year ago.
2. They refuse to send anything through the mail.
3. They hint at some unspecified "legal action"
4. They asked for the old account's credit card number.
The biggest flag is that they constantly refuse to send anything through the US postal service. This is because if they do and it is a scam, they are open to charges of mail fraud. When I paid off the debt Ross Klein is now trying to collect I got confirmation of the debt in the mail, and my reciept of having paid it off in the mail.
If this, or any, company is refusing to use the US postal service BE WARY. There is no legitimate reason for them not to.

I've been getting calls from these people every other day. Unfortunately I'm in Germany for work through February and they keep calling my cell phone in the middle of the night (can't turn it off in case of work emergency). Anyone have an address for them? It says the number is in Lockport, NY but no address. I need to send them a cease and desist letter.
