Who is this? I don't answer phone calls from numbers I don't recognize. My phn captured it as 6:49am, Wednesday, 11/28/12 PST. I wish they would stop calling me wasting my minutes.

They just started calling me. It was a guy that barely spoke english. He said he wasn't a tell a marketer but yet he wanted personal information. I googled it and found out it is a cell number from Buffalo, NY. I think it is scammers a long with 786-235-4345 number that claimed I have a medical refund. Good luck finding out who..and it is an AT&T mobil number. DO NOT GIVE ANY INFORMATION TO THEM....instead give them a what for in honor of all the people who they probably already scammed. :-)

This number has called me once a day, everyday, for weeks. When I answer it hangs up.
